Still waiting for my refund a month later do not order from these scammers

Total scam , took my money and never sent item.
This was a valentines gift and it never arrived, gave excuses that they were sending every week. 7 weeks later still nothing, and no response from emails .
Total theft. They need reporting to police and trading standards as this has to have been deliberate.
Website is had also disappeared.

I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the company as they took the money and the order never arrived. Can't get a response so now trying to work out how I might claim my money back. Awful.

SCAMMERS - Basically they're thieves, ordered in Jan 2025 never arrived fobbed off with "must have got lost in post" and "Just waiting for the last item from the official merchandise company" My 13 year old used her birthday money to purchase a mystery box which never arrived and judging by the other reviews on here they never had! sent 11 emails chasing this got a reply twice both times fobbing me off. Had to claim through the bank to get money back. Now their website has gone so clearly scammers ripping off honest people. Low life scum

Purchased a £50 birthday present from here about a month and a half ago, guess what? It's not arrived. Tried to find the site on browser on multiple devices and, you're not going to believe this, it's gone! Without any explanation, the website has been shut down. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, the website is nowhere to be found except what was left of the page saying, 'No information avaliable on this page'. What's happened? Of course, it's official merch, not looking at reviews is biggest regret, I repeat, do NOT purchase from here, official site or not. It's a scam.

I have never received my order, it's been months now. They don't respond to my emails and now the links to to my order and to visit the website don't work. Definite scam! I want a refund!

This company are a nightmare to deal with. I placed an order for a Christmas present at the end of November nothing ever arrived. After tirelessly emailing them I had to pick my parcel up from the post office on the 14th February and pay an additional £4.80 postage which they promised to refund....they haven't! When we opened the parcel they'd
sent the wrong sizes. They promised to replace these....they haven't!
Ended up having to dispute the payment with my bank. Avoid using this site.

I ordered goods in October for a Christmas present. It was a special edition box being issued in November. The goods never arrived by mid December so I chased. After chasing twice I finally received a response advising there was a delay due to a high demand. The parcel still hadn't arrived by mid January so I chased again but was told there was still a delay and they would add another gift worth £20 to my parcel for the inconvenience. It is now the end of March and still no parcel and they have not responded to my last 4 emails.

I previously ordered from Jelly Frog last year and although the delivery was slow the items I eventually received were brilliant. I decided to order from them again in January 2025 but I was waiting quite a while so contacted them. JellyFrog replied apologising and said that my order must have got lost in the post and offered either a refund or to resend, I opted for resend. Nothing happened again so a few weeks later I emailed them, no reply, I emailed again, no reply. I then saw that their website was no longer available and contacted my bank who refunded me while they investigate.

If you have ordered from Jelly Frog but haven't received your order, I recommend contacting your bank too.

I ordered from JF in December since others had said they were slow, but legit. I reached out mid-Jan to receive an update since there hadn't been any. I was told that I should expect my order in the next couple of weeks. This didn't happen, followed up again, and was told the same. I still didn't hear anything.

For the last two months I've been trying to receive an update with absolutely no progress, only to find out today that the website has now been made unavailable. I've contacted the customer service email again with a last-ditch without prejudice approach in the hope that JF do refund me without me having to pursue any difficult avenues or go via the bank.

It's either a scam with other completely false reviews, or they're incredibly bad at business. I will never recommend this shop.

RIP off merchants - should be shut down

Update on my earlier negative review. All emails went unanswered for two months. They’ve now pulled their website. I contacted my bank and received a refund. If they still owe you goods, I’d advise contacting your bank for a refund as soon as possible. Best of luck.

Update on my previous review. After trying to contact these guys for 2 months on their listed details from their Web page with no luck and going via Royal Mail, I eventually received a collection slip from my Cape Town post office. Great tshirt! And an authentic Licensed product. Jelly Frog is NOT a scam. So I've given them 4 stars for product and a ZERO for customer service

Complete Scam. Do not use this website. I placed an order in December and received nothing.

This is a scam i ordered a shirt and it never arrived. Zero communication from seller. Took money and never received anything. DO NOT use this site.

Shocking!!! Ordered a mystery box on 10th February still no dispatch and looked on the website it's now closed down!! Absolutely disgusting as a seller myself I don't know how people can take money and not provide the goods!!!!!

Appalling. Made a birthday order...received confirmation but that's it. No dispatch, no communication for 2 emails sent and no means of contacting by phone. Have had to go through bank to get a refund. SCAM PLEASE LISTEN AND AVOID.

Scam, please avoid. Ordered as a birthday gift and nothing was received for over two weeks. Contacted customer service and was told they get dispatched on certain date, once a month. Waited another two weeks and still nothing. Tried to go on website and that’s disappeared. Emailed customer service again and no reply. Currently going through bank to dispute payment.
