AVOID!!! SCAM!!!

Please do not use this website/company. It is a SCAM!!! Thankfully I ordered using Klarna, so it’s been easy to deal with. I should have listened to the other reviews!

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing

As per other reviews, the company seems to be a scam. I purchased a mystery box as a birthday gift and when it hadn’t been dispatched after a week, I contacted customer services. They informed me mystery boxes are dispatched once a month which is not clearly signposted on their website at all, I wouldn’t have purchased if it were because I needed it by a specific date. I informed the recipient it would arrive the following week as per customer services advice but it still hasn’t been dispatched so I’ve had to reach out a second time. Now I have read the reviews, I am starting to think we will never receive this box!

SCAM

Ordered a Billie Eilish mystery box nearly 2 months ago now. Got told that they would send an email when it is shipped and still nothing. Sent emails out asking to update me and tell me where it is and still nothing. Please do not buy from here if you dont want to lose out on money. Literal scam.

Scam likely? Waiting since October.

Ordered an Oasis hoodie and a secret shirt in October of last year, has never arrived and customer service keeps telling me "it's in the post this week" - and nothing ever arrives. Has to be a scam.

Great Quality.

Quality of the merch is good and seems excellent VFM. Delivery time on mystery box slow due to supply reasons. This should be clearer on website and better customer service notifications

Scam !

two and a half weeks after ordering , i get automated response from “phil” saying “it shipped , if you haven’t gotten it tomorrow, we will take action “ ….. whatever. i’m out $32. lesson leaned.

Do not order from there

Ordered in December for a Christmas gift and of course never arrived, no correspondence from the company other than to say it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas when I emailed to ask if it would. it still hasn’t arrived in March. They Ignored an email a month ago asking for a refund. Absolutely regret not checking these reviews on here before ordering.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I ordered a mystery box for my son on the 16th October 2024 and am yet to receive it. I have sent many emails asking where my parcel is, every time they have replied with ‘should be with you in 5 days’ nothing! Twice I have asked for a refund and was told ‘absolutely should be in your bank within 7 days’ nothing!

I can’t put 0 stars/ Do not order from here

What a complete mess, I expected a little delay but ordered over a month ago now £50+ order and not received a single email, tried contacting them just nothing, never order from this company, rip off……. To answer to the reply off them, I did try contacting, like I said in my first review about them and they ignored it for weeks now, joke of a company

Seems like a scam

Been waiting 2 months for bowie mystery box. Replied to my first email and now not replying at all.
Avoid at all costs !!

Strangely after posting this yesterday I received an email this morning saying my item must have been lost in the post and they will re post when new stock is replenished with a free item.
At the moment I would still recommend not ordering from this company. I will re-edit when/if I receive my order.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I got a parcel sent but Royal Mail charged me extra postage. I let the guys at Jelly Frog know, and they very quickly resolved the issue for me with a refund.

Terrible!!

Utterly abysmal! Ordered mid-Jan. Was still waiting a month later. Several emails sent without reply. When I did finally receive a reply, I asked for a refund whereupon I was told that it could take up to 7 working days. That was 2 weeks ago. No refund as yet and ignoring my emails again. Farce of a business.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered on 12th Feb (20 days ago). STILL waiting for my order, or even tracking details! Email requesting an update has been ignored. My advise? Do NIT use this company

Ordered the January box in December

Ordered the January box in December. Still waiting. I've had 1 response to 6 emails saying it was being processed. That was in January. It's now March and I am trying to get my money refunded from Barclays. If they don't have the goods in stock they shouldn't be taking our money before they get it. It's just mismanagement and fraud. Avoid!

Great quality t-shirts

Decided to order from this company as a mid-point between high prices on the music label's own store and the very low prices on certain 'fast fashion' websites. Glad I did as the print is really high quality, not just some stuck on transfer. I also liked that they provided a tracking number when it was dispatched so I could keep an eye on the delivery.
Only one minor point - it did take a while, 11 days from point of order to receiving the item, but this is in line with the shipping info on their website.
