According to data online, the company claims to be cruelty free/vegan friendly, which in my opinion is a misleading marketing advertising. I bough 3 products, all of them with animal derived products. Big disappointment. I didn't check the ingredients initially because I trusted Jericho's online claims: “…All Jericho products are paraben free, vegan friendly and not tested on animals. All products are FDA approved and manufactured in ISO/GMP certified facilities…”
“…All products are ISO and GMP certified, approved by the FDA and carry European CPNP. All our products are free from Paraben, animal ingredients and are not tested on animals…” Unfortunately, these claims mislead the public to believe that the products are cruelty free (not tested on animals is a different thing), but sadly, whenever there is animal exploitation, there is cruelty in one way or another. There is no way to avoid it. The company has refunded me the money now and I thank them for their understanding, but more than that, I hope they correct their statements.

I always buy the Jericho hand cream. After putting through my order, they contacted me saying that they had a special where for every hand cream you got a free foot cream. They then asked me which ones I would like. I replied straight away, hoping that they got my email before they sent my order. What I received was amazing!! Not only did I receive my 3 extra foot creams but I also received 9 sample packs.
