I have always loved Jersey Royals
I have always loved Jersey Royals and I am so glad that I can get them delivered. Although I live in Scotland and they have really good potatoes but the Jerseys are, as far as I am concerned are really superior to any other new ones. They are so fresh when I receive them and this
is my second year of buying them and will certainly be doing the same for years to come. Delivery was excellent and the quality superb. Will keep purchasing.

Traditional Royals

At Last....proper Jersey Royals.
At Last! Received some "proper" Jersey Royal potatoes.
The bigger supermarkets have 'Royals' for sale but they have thick skins rather like the Cornish new potatoes, and certainly don't have the genuine taste.

Your potatoes
Your potatoes, as always, are delicious, with more and better taste than any other. However, DON'T USE EVRI for delivery. Our experience over the recent years is one of leaving packages, those they haven't lost, scattered somewhere in the area where they were supposed to go, and being impervious to any communication about their errors.

Disappointing Customer Service
Having been a loyal customer of Richardson’s, I have been disappointed with my most recent order. Specifically, at the time of writing this review, my order, placed four days ago, has still not been delivered. I have emailed Richardson’s requesting the Evri tracking reference and am still awaiting a response which is particularly frustrating as I have, based on the quality of the potatoes previously delivered, recommended Richardson’s to friends and family. I appreciate there can occasionally be issues with deliveries but the lack of transparency and support is disappointing.
