Beware of unfulfilled spam orders

My first order itself was cancelled after 3 days. No more hopes to purchase from JET.COM such a disappointment and time waste. They just take the orders and cancel after 3 days even after making sure the availability over phone. Don't be fooled by low price tags. Not sure how ResellerRatings are such high!!!

Several rotten items

Problems with fresh produce. It wasn’t fresh. Rotten bunch of bananas with fruit flies and sealed fresh spinach and sealed romaine lettuce already going bad when I opened the bags. Hamburger buns small and squashed. Also pork chops that smell bad.

One of the worst places I have ever …

One of the worst places I have ever bought. I bought a ray-ban on their website, turns out it was FAKE, I took it to sunglasshut to be seen. I sent the item back and it's has been almost one month but until now no refund made, they are holding my money. This place is a joke, should be shut down.

I just placed my first order with jet.com because they sent me a promo card for $10 off my first three orders over $35. When it came time to enter the promo code it would not take, so I placed the order anyway and then contacted customer service. They said too many people had already used the promo and so it was not longer valid. They refused to refund my $10. Will never do business with them again.

How do they do it?

About a week and a half ago I tried to place an online order with jet and due to my error I was unable to complete the transaction. I called and was helped by a "jet head" named Kylie. She was able to quickly solve my issue and before you know it my products were at my door. I just went to the mailbox and I found a handwritten note referencing the specific product I ordered from Kylie!! After the transaction I received an email asking me to rate my experience. Apparently if the experience is good they are eligible for rewards! I think this is great!!

Wow- What an awful Customer experience....1990's style service in 2017

Wow, Jet does not seem to get it. They will never come close to Amazon..or for that matter any other decent online store because they dont seem to get it. Its about the customer idiot!!!!
Jet has this 30 day return policy which in it of itself is so 1990's. But whats worse is they make it so difficult for you to return as they still have not figured out how to process a return from a mobile device (Yeah you read that right...You can not process a return unless you are on your PC...Crazy but true story).
Lousy CS experience = a lost customer. Thanks for nothing Jet.com
Oh and by the way....they render there service agents powerless as they seem to be reading off the same script. "Sorry but there is nothing we can do for you!..."

Incredible delivery

Incredible delivery! I ordered on Wednesday at noon, and the delivery showed up Thursday at noon! Unbelievable.

If price is on par with other retailers/online options, I will definitely use Jet again.
