Very poor experience. Site had Items listed wrongly repeatedly. I needed the item, made several checks to verify it was what i needed and it was on its way. when it arrived it was a random plastic sign. Very disappointed. the refunded my money but even that was delayed.

Waited almost two weeks for my delivery, just notified the day it was due that the order was cancelled. Set my project back two weeks while I shop for an other source.

Worst company ever! I purchased a mattress from Jet because their return policy seemed great ( they will send a freight company to pick it up within 30 days if you want to return it). A couple days after I received the mattress, I did call jet to return it and they did send a freight company to pick it up, so far so good. A week later I called to check in the status of my return and was told I had to wait 14 business days (apx. 3weeks) before they could look into it further. It has now been 15 business days (21 days) since my mattress was picked up, NO REFUND still. Jet just told me the freight company (Pilot) THEY HIRED, still has the mattress and has not delivered it back to them and they can’t refund me until they get it back. Also, they cannot “force” the delivery company to deliver it to them and I’m out of luck until they do so. WHAT?! The company Jet hired to pick up the mattress has been essentially holding it hostage for 3 WEEKS and they are not responsible for it and can’t tell me when it will be delivered back to them? Jet is refusing to refund me and refusing to hold the currier responsible. At this point Jet and the freight company, Pilot has stolen my money and this mattress respectively. Thank goodness my credit card compnay is now involved and working on forcing Jet to refund me. Never, and I mean NEVER buy anything from these crooks!

Ordered on October 24th.. Order is still processing on October 31st. I've never had such slow shipping since 10 years ago by some sketchy ebay seller. This place is horrible.

We ordered a pizza and were told it would take 45 min to arrive. It has been 2 1/2 hours and still no pizza. Terrible service and can’t get a hold of the manager.

I ordered a patio wicker set. It took a week to arrive and when it did arrive the contents were damaged the box look like it had been repacked with a return unit. I paid for a brand new unit never out of box. The condition of the package incontinence that I received was my worst experience ever for item ordered online.. I would not advise anyone to order from this company is nothing more than a liquidation company selling used items repackaged

Worst company to deal with. I bought a shed, it got damaged during delivery, I had to send it back and they are holding my refund money until today. Is been 5 weeks since I first bought the item. Horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have ordered only once but I also belong to Ebates and I was supposed to get 2.5% back from Ebates and my Ebate was supposed to be posted the next day whenever that is.
I ordered October 3rd, 4th, or 5th but can't seem to find the right number they need to track my order. I would like my Ebate.
I also don't like not being able to email the company to get an answer.
Got the order in great time so I have no problem with that but if they are supposed to support Ebates then do it.

So I purchased a 150 set prismacolored pencils, a prisma color sharpener, and eraser for $90. It was suppose to take a week to arrive and on day 8 I received an email asking if I was satisfied with order. After saying that it hadn't arrived in an email, they send an email of refund, I didn't want to wait a week to be told my money will be refunded in a few days. They cancelled my order because I answered their survey, oh thanks for the free delivery. I strongly advise not using jet.com

Bought a Schwinn bike at JET.COM. The product arrived damaged - took it up with Jet customer service. The response was fast yet no solutions are offered. You're basically stuck with the product that you just put together.
This is the worst online experience ever - I am a loyal Amazon customer and got lured to Jet with a good price. That profit is long gone after the time and agony spent - I should have known better. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I revise to 3 stars since Jet did reach out after all and made up for the mistake. Thank you for that.

Product I ordered was received damaged. I travel for work when I got back in town (was traveling for 3 weeks and by the time I was able to reach out to them it was 35 days) and had seen the damaged item it had fallen outside of their 30 day window. The solution from the manager I spoke with was for me to put the item up for sale myself to receive some or maybe if I'm lucky all of my money back. He stated that they treat all customers the same and was sorry they were unable to help me but his hands were tied. I understand there are rules but some flexibility for a damaged product should be a must. I have made a lot of orders through them and their sister company Hayneedle and needless to say will not be returning.

I waited 2 weeks after ordering an item to find out that my item had been damaged and returned, without any notification from the company. Jet refused a refund or expedited delivery and placed blame on Fedex instead, which I find unprofessional.

Do not order from or trust this company...they sent me a confirmation notice after I placed an order for a full size mattress that was needed for out of town company...they then cancelled the order WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION!!! Just by chance I phoned them to confirm that the order was still to be delivered today and to many shock and upset they had cancelled the order a week ago without any notification (phone or email)...You are far better off paying a little extra and giving your business to a reputable company like Amazon!! I will not do any further business with this company nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!

Terrible. They say that canceled orders "rarely happen" but from the reviews I've read since it happened to me, it seems to happen more often than they let on! I placed an order with them and didn't receive any confirmation or delivery information though they anticipated delivery in two days.
I sent an email to customer service that assured me everything was good and that they were checking with the seller "multiple times a day" to ensure I would have the most up to date information on my order. A day after my order was to arrive I received a cancellation notice from them stating the item was no longer available. I immediately went to the seller's site and ordered it directly!!!!
Reading their responses to the negative reviews on this site it's clear they really could care less about customer service.

I did not complain about (Certain favorite items) that I usually purchased from them, when they suddenly became "Limited" to one or two ONLY per the order??
Other than that---I would think that as the consensus shows by the volume of favorable ratings: your experience will more than likely be a good one.
