Amazing!! I had ordered my niece's birthday gift through walmart, and a week before her party i get an e-mail saying they are returning my money and the product to their warehouse....with no explanation! So I'm left with less than a week to find a new gift. Ordered online through Jet, got 2 gifts for the price of the 1 from walmart, and they delivered it within 3 days of my order! And no, no express shipping, it was standard $3 shipping! Super impressed and excited to see my niece's reaction to her gifts! Thanks Jet.com!!!

I was really excited to see another marketplace that was an alternative to Amazon. The selection seems great, prices are really good and their shipping rates are great. I placed an order for an appliance repair part, automatically received an unexpected coupon that was applied to my total and spent much less than I would have anywhere else. Even though the price was great and shipping was quick, the item I received was terrible-- used, unpackaged, and stained with rust.
I went on their site to resolve the issue and saw that unlike Amazon, Ebay or other marketplaces with third-party sellers, there is no way to contact the sellers. I cannot view anything about the seller, leave or read feedback, contact or report the seller, etc. My only option is to return the item. This means that sellers like this will continue to sell used or poor merchandise because there are zero checks in place.
I actually shocked that such a large marketplace has no features of a marketplace. When you have third-party sellers, you have to anticipate that this sort of thing will happen and have systems in place to quickly weed them out of your system. If buyers cannot contact the sellers, review the sellers or address an issue, then you are perpetrating the sale of garbage on your site. I will not be shopping here until they figure out a better system.

Jet was my choice when Amazon started to raise their prices. Jet has been a disappointment a best. Customer service is REALLY rude, I was shocked. Orders are often late if they come at all. I have been charged for products that never came. Products also come damaged quite often, the packaging department needs training. I still use them on occasion hoping it will improve, so far, same issues. I don't bother calling or emailing customer service as to their attitude. Just write it off and not ruin my day. Hopefully you will have a better experience.

I AM A SENIOR IN MY 70'S AND HAVE SHOPPED WITH JET FOR SOME TIME. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE FOOD GOOD. GOOD SELECTION. PRICES REASONABLE. AFTER 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS NOT ARRIVING ON TIME (TWO DO TO WEATHER WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE) THE ORDERS HAD TO BE CANCELLED AND REORDERED. HOWEVER FEDEX LEFT THE LATE DELIVERYS ON MY PORCH WHICH HAD TO GO OUT IN THE TRASH DUE TO PERISHABLES . I HATED THROWING OUT FOOD.IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING AND JET APOLOGIZED . But last week they stopped shipping perishables completely (at least to the DC area), so there are zero reasons for me to shop there anymore. Instead I'll use my other go-tos like Target.com, Insta, Amazon Fresh, and FreshDirect. I'll miss Jet; it was nice while it lasted.

I've been buying from Jet for 2-3 years with never a problem, I don't know what has happened to your company in the last year, it's like they don't care. I'm no longer a Jet fan, and have decided I'll never buy anything from them again.

Jet.com is exceptionally the best online store to buy groceries that I have found. I have searched everywhere online for a store that would ship and deliver sodas right to my door- without a expensive membership price, or extremely ridiculous price period for soda-
as well as other products- finally I found a home with Jet!
When a shipment ends up damaged like one of my packages did, Jet answered my email in a very quick time measure. They stayed on it for several hours, and totally made everything right! I feel proud to be a costumer of Jet. They're a awesome company, with exceptional products-

So I had recently baught 4 brand new size 18 inch tires. My sister told me about jet.con from when she ordered tires. I normally pay well over 1,000.00 for my tires b.c they are 18inche tires.
Long story short, I got the tires put on and the last 3 days my tire has been flat every morning I go out to my truck. Soni asked my sister and she said her back tire kept going flat, but figured it might have been something with her rim until talking to me.
So I contacted customer service and they said i would have to take the tire off and send it back before processing a refund. I said ok not a problem. But how the he'll am I going to take the tire off and send it back? Leave my car sitting on jacks with only 3 tires on it. Now my truck is a Lincoln navigator and I have 4 children in my home and would absolutely not feel comfortable leaving it sitting on jacks waiting a refund then to find a tire to match.
STAY AWAY FROM JET.COM !!! When they say it's to good to be true....WELL IT IS.

I’m leaving a review because I’m extremely upset and disappointed with my jet.com delivery. I’ve had many bad deliveries with Jet but this is just too much:
package arrived completely leaking of detergent that was inside. All the items inside were destroyed and they had to be thrown out. I spent the whole morning cleaning up the detergent that had leaked out on my hardwood floor and in the garbage room- all of which made me 30 min late to work. Not a great way to start a Monday morning for sure. In addition I had to use my own cleaning supplies and paper towels to clean up this mess. I’m rarely the person to leave a review of a negative experience but this makes me rethink that. This is definitely the last time I order cleaning supplies from Jet.com. Save yourself the pain

When I received my order from Jet the box was untaped, and when I opened it, they had sent the wrong product. I don't mean the wrong color, it was a product from a different manufacurer. They do not verify the item is correct before shipping.
I assume they did not have the correct product on hand.
And then they said they do not have an exchange program. I dont want an exchange, I just want the product I ordered.

Just go to Amazon people. Something came up where I needed to cancel an order and all I can get is "there is nothing we can do, it is a system thing". Order hasn't been shipped so it would be the easiest thing in the world to stop it right???? Nope, only with Amazon and every other retailer can this happen but not with Jet.....because it is a con! Said I needed to get shipping labels from them to send back when they arrive.....OK get me the labels then...."Yah we can't do that either because our system won't let us until it ships" Such BS, I work in IT and yet this can also be done very easily they are just unwilling to do so. And of course you can't speak with a supervisor either, you just get hung up on! Joke

This past week I placed my very first order on Jet. The morning after I placed it the package was at my door! LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER!! I am seriously so impressed that I am going to use Jet for all of my online shopping needs. The prices are actually really great too. Lastly, I just saw that you can order groceries! This could potentially change my life. I'm absolutely blown away by this site! I am about to do a grocery order so I will update my post in a few days after I receive that!

I've been ordering food and supplies for mom for over a year. I'm ready to give up. There is nothing wrong with the products, and prices are great. It's everything else. Stock is inconsistent (it would be great to order the same item every time without searching through 100 different listings because my original one is no longer available). Their Easy Reorder tab is a joke - where are my previously ordered items? (not "out of stock" or "unavailable", simply missing). They do not bag chemicals (a few months ago toilet cleaner cracked and soaked a box, thankfully it did not contaminate all the other items - BAG YOUR LIQUIDS, PEOPLE). The price per unit is inaccurate - i use this a lot to buy bulk items, but when i started doing the math, their calcs are way off. Anyway, i'm trying out Walmart this month - similar prices, more choices, hopefully fewer headaches.

Horrible!!! AVOID BIG TIME especially if purchasing food products.
I heard that JET was part of Wal-Mart so I wanted to check it out. My first few orders were delivered fast and I was impressed. Then few orders later, problems started - Expired food items arrived, Damaged items arrived. At first the CS reps were nice and offered replacement, then a second time, I ordered other items and the description said 'pack of 6' and I got only 1 items. After contacting them they told me because I complained to much I am now purchasing at "my own risk" and no more returns-- say what? You send me expired and damaged food -- I provided pictures, and other items on your website have wrong information and I am now not allowed to complain or return? Hey JET, your employees need to check expiration dates on food before shipping, and also package items correctly so they do not get damaged in shipping. Its not your customers fault that you don't have enough sales volume to have fresh inventory.
Not being happy about this, I called the "Jet Heads" and got the run-a-round and was told even that the items were expired and damaged, they will NOT credit my or take returns. Anyone with common sense knows thats no way to treat new customers, and most definitely a Heath department issue selling expired food products I sent emails to their CEO and President so they know how horribly their customer service is. I doubt they will even reply.

order was delivered one day later. no phone calls from the carrier.
package of two extremely heavy table (even for a big man) was delivered to the curb.
as a single woman, I had no help and to hire two guys to put the tables inside the house. thus, the price go double for me.
that was my first and most possibly last order with jet.com
