Amazon was being cantankerous and…

Amazon was being cantankerous and ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to allow me to purchase a computer tablet. This is not the first time Amazon has done this to me. I was fit to be tied. I began searching the web frantically, and I finally found the item I wanted on Jet.com. I ordered it immediately and there was no problem with my address or the location of the state of Pennsylvania. Two days later it was on my front porch. Blazing FAST service!!!! I'm going to buy a snapshot camera from them and maybe a few other items Amazon refuses to ship to Pennsylvania. Jet to the rescue!!!!!

Do not buy from Jet !!!!!

Jet sells product that may be unavailable. I purchased an item that the Jet website showed as "in stock", however upon checking with the manufacturer I discovered the item was absolutely "Sold Out" . Jet was not only unable to cancel my order, but they were unable to determine if my item was available .
My money was tied up in an order that was out of stock, preventing me from buying the item that I need.
I do NOT recommend Jet, you may never get your item, Jet can not tell you if you will get your item, and your money will be tied up with an order that will never be fulfilled.

THEY DOUBLE CHARGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!

I placed an order with Jet yesterday and received confirmation emails for shipping in three different orders. No problem. This morning I checked my bank account, and Jet had debited my account THIS MORNING for the total amount, and then the three different orders which again totaled the amount. I was double billed in the space of a few hours. When I called Customer Service, I was told that the first was only a hold placed on my account — not a billing — to insure that they got their money, and that they would release it within 3-5 days. So they have tied up $160 of my money! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! It makes no sense whatsoever! This is the last time I order from Jet!

Jet is no Costco

I have made several orders with Jet and was happy with the delivery time and items. But recently I ordered a Dyson vacuum from Jet, which I now realize I should have bought at Costco. Costco has a no questions asked for returns, nor do they have a 30 day time limit. And of course they take returns of defective products. Jet refuses to take returns unless they are within 30 days of purchase. Well this works okay for some products but not a defective Dyson vacuum. I purchased it in February, it stopped working in May. Clearly the vacuum is defective. And even more clearly, Jet, unlike Costco, does not stand behind the products it sells. I can't think of any company I do business with that refuses to take back defective products. I guess it's small claims court for this one.

Irresponsible, creepy company

Had several problems with Jet. First, they have no delivery choice, using FedEx only. That's a whole OTHER story, but one set of packages - all dog food - was delivered to my recycling bin and would have gone out that day. Another, also dog food, was delivered to a neighbor. She eventually got it to me and I was horrified to discover the dog food (canned wet topper), though appearing to have the same name and logo (the colors on the packaging were reversed) had a completely different ingredient list from the food I'd been using (from Petco and Amazon). Most importantly, the dog food from Jet contained Carrageenan, a well known carcinogen which is NOT in the actual brand. Too creepy. As an aside, the messages that come up during hold time on the phone are also really weird and creepy. I DO NOT recommend this business.

Do not use Jet.com! I attempted to order a tire for $81.00 then, received an email saying they were out of stock. A couple of days later the same tire was $174.00 and available. They should be called JOKE.COM!!!!!

Ordered a bunk bed over 3 weeks ago…

Ordered a bunk bed over 3 weeks ago said still processing, today was the est shipping date and nothing arrived, nor did I recieve a call, no tracking number, nothing they keep saying they didn't charge my card, well my bank called a week ago to verify charge activity, there is no option on the website to cancel order either and no one seems to have any idea what happened. Or how to reverse the "hold" which is a charge. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JET.COM AGAIN.

Terrible service

Ordered a LG 18000 b.t.u

Ordered a LG 18000 b.t.u. air conditioner,received a Keystone 12000 b.t.u. air conditioner.Very nice customer service people,but just give the bucket answers.Realistically,you would have to be close to blind to mistake one for the other.So,waited all day for FedEx to deliver,than had to wait another day for FedEx to pickup.Now,I have to wait at least 2 weeks to have the money returned to my credit card.I don't understand why they wouldn't just send me the correct product.They wouldn't,you have to return the item that was shipped by Stevie Wonder,then reorder.It will be a very chilly day in hell before that occurs.These are the folks that want to compete with Amazon,really???

I will not order from Jet ever again…

I will not order from Jet ever again and do not think I will shop at Wal Mart any longer due to the terrible customer service experience I had. Amazon doesn't always get it right but I order things weekly on the site and they always work to correct deficiencies. The same cant be said about Jet.

I would not order pet food from this site.

I used to order a lot of pet food from this site, and on several occasions, I noticed they were sending near-expiration items. For example, if my local brick and mortar Petsmart was selling the same item which had an expiration date of at least 1.5 years out from today's date, Jet.com would send me one that was expiring the next month. And this was for a "major" brand. Also, when I would occasionally send them a price comparison inquiry asking why Jet.com's price is listed as 2-3x other sites and if it's an error, I would receive some cheesy/ditsy, fake response that sounds like, "According to our search results, our price is exactly in line with other sellers." Um, excuse me, but what search engine are you using? Nonsense. I have stopped using this site.

UPDATE 8/8/2019: I just visited your site and am confused about what the point of it is? I ran numerous random searches to test ("cat food," nutritional yeast," "gloves," "disposable gloves," "organic cotton," "dry skin") and saw clearly that your selection has dramatically decreased since I wrote the initial review. And most glaringly obvious is that online stores like Target.com, iHerb, Vitacost, and Amazon are significantly lower in price for many of the items I looked at. Heck, I think your prices looked higher "overall" than some of my brick & mortar regional chain stores. Other than the free shipping minimum of $49, what exactly is it that you have to offer? And what would incentivize a customer to buy from you guys, as opposed to some other cheaper store? Do you have a loyalty program? Didn't look like it on first blush. Also, your website doesn't even work well on the Safari browser -- the main "Departments" drop down menu does not load correctly. I stand by my 1 Star Review on these new grounds.

My 3rd order from Jet and my 2nd bad experience.

My third order from Jet and my second bad experience. The first time the driver didn't come down my driveway to the house. He left the package sitting on a trash can in the rain. This time they put a pasteboard box of tea bags into a padded envelope. After waiting a week for it to get to Washington state from Kansas on a FedEx truck, it arrived totally crushed, and the shipping was far from free.

No Stars for JET and no more business from me.

Back to Amazon

I’ve left many reviews for this site, and will continue to do so. Yes, their customer service is based in the US and is responsive with very generic rhetoric.

I bought five cases of baby formula from Jet to use over the next 6 months. I opened up on of the cases and checked the expiration date... December 2018. Great, no problems. I did not open the rest of the boxes because I assumed they were all the same. Wrong. They expired in the first week of March. I am now throwing away 20 tubs of baby formula thanks to the inept logistics at this company. They gave me a partial refund of $100.

I tried to veer from Amazon... No clue why. This company will not even be able to compete. Back to Amazon and Target for me, where they only sell formula with expiration dates out a full year. So grossly disappointed.

Update after reply from Jet:
This is an example of their generic response. They told me the situation is over, and they are sticking to their 30 day return policy.

Proceed with caution when ordering...

I purchased a watch on Jet for my wifes 40th birthday a few weeks back. It was meant for a surprise and to be opened at her birthday party. It was due to arrive a few days before the party. I even received an email saying the item is being prepared for shipping. Well a few days later, I still received no tracking number. Yesterday I get an email saying the order is cancelled because the item isn't in stock. So what were they preparing to ship me then?!? Inventory control and third party trust obviously isn't their strongsuit! Customer service rep didnt offer any help other than a scripted sorry response she kept writing (not her fault). Horrible first experience and now last. I would be careful with this company...Amazon way better at conflict resolution. Jet did nothing. Not a great way to retain customers Jet.com!!

Once and never again

Creates a random estimated delivery date when i purchased a pool. My tracking still shows the freight to be located in Pennsylvania a day after the 'estimated' delivery date with no evidence of it having moved beyond pick up from what I assume is the warehouse. Customer service was no help whatsoever. I believe that I will forward this matter to my state AG to let them investigate the potential of fraudulent business practices.
I should've ordered from Walmart for the exact same price and I wouldn't be dealing with this headache of a MIA pool.
