did 2x bookings got 1x

I did 2x bookings to Malaysia separately, 1st booking went smoothly but 2nd booking they took my money but no booking confirmation I left it for two days and nothing, so I had to do the runner around and try to find out WHY, only to find you can't call them so I emailed them and eventually they got back to me and said that my ticket was voided, now I have to chase up refund. Such a pain

Good and bad

I paid for my complete flights with you. I received multiple emails with e-tickets or something like e-tickets. but all the emails are in different formats, I'm hoping when I show up for the flights I have the needed documentation/e-tickets to get on the flights. Also I paid $1728.89 for my multi-city flights. I was hoping it would be less since I booked two months in advance. When I looked at booking three different flights on my own it was going to be about three hundred dollars less but I would have multiple different carriers and companies, etc. That is why I booked the multi-city travel with you so it would all be together but it is still separated into three separate flights and two of the three with multiple carriers. hope everything goes well.

No response during urgent travel disruption – very concerning

I am currently dealing with two bookings through Jetabroad and have had a very frustrating experience.

Due to the current situation affecting flights through the Middle East, I have been trying to contact Jetabroad for several days to understand my options. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response.
This is particularly concerning given that airlines such as Qatar Airways have already issued travel alerts offering flexibility (date changes or refunds), but Jetabroad has not provided any guidance or support.
As my travel date is approaching, the lack of communication is making it very difficult to plan and manage my trip.
I would expect a travel agency to provide timely support, especially during situations like this. I hope Jetabroad can urgently review my case and improve their customer service response times.

If I could give negative points I would…

If I could give negative points I would ! Terrible communication, as they don’t have a number to call and take days and days to answer an email (even then they have standard replies and don’t address your queries) It will be a cold day in hell that I EVER use them again.

Useless customer service

Useless customer service - my partners flight is on the 17th of March. I contacted them on the 16th to change this flight to the 18th. Told me how much it would cost, I’ve asked for the invoice and nothing. The price of this next day flight continues to rise and they are waiting for it to reach its peak before sending me the invoice. I’ve not sent 4 emails asking for this invoice. I’ll be cancelling this service with them and paying full fare with the company. I’ll also be reporting Jetabroad to the ACCC.
