JetAbroad’s failure to pass on a critical LatAm flight change nearly stranded us and caused chaos at Santiago Airport.

LatAm changed our flights. JetAbroad did not notify us. As a result, we couldn’t check in for our connecting flight in Sydney. We were told to check in at Santiago, but we couldn’t—LatAm had overbooked the flight and had not assigned us seats. After repeated back-and-forth, we were finally dumped into economy seats on a flight departing in 10 minutes, despite being booked in premium economy, and had to run to the gate.

For the last three weeks—during what should have been our dream trip to Antarctica/Patagonia—we’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time fighting both LatAm and JetAbroad to prevent this happening again. We’ve emailed JetAbroad’s CEO and senior staff multiple times and received no response.

Right now, days before departure, JetAbroad still has not ensured we have correct and complete documentation that matches what the airline says we are booked on. We genuinely don’t know if we’ll even be able to check in.

This is unacceptable. JetAbroad needs to urgently fix our booking and documentation and take accountability.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Jetaboard. My flight was delayed, which caused me to miss my connecting flight, and despite this clearly being out of my control, they refused to provide any refund or reasonable solution.

This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. Instead of helping passengers in a difficult situation, they simply hide behind policies and offer no real support.

Their handling of the situation was cold, inflexible, and extremely frustrating. If something goes wrong, don’t expect Jetaboard to take accountability or assist you in any meaningful way.

I strongly advise avoiding Jetaboard, especially if you have tight connections. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in them.

Had to book a last minute journey due to the cancellation of our booked flights due to the conflict with Iran, you came up with an alternative set of flights which got us home at a more acceptable cost than many other companies

My flight was rescheduled multiple times. Jet abroad would notify me hours later. I contacted the airline directly to amend tickets. Jet abroad is very hard to contact when you have issues and I think thats by design. Lesson learnt.

Next time I will book directly through the Airline!! Its more expensive but at least I will have adequate support when needed
