Terrible service

Terrible service, I came with my 3 Children into London yesterday 24th of December, of course huge lines for imigration. When we finally got out, the driver was gone. They never contacted us, there is no phone number on the emails or web page. Don’t use this service

Allow me to apologize for what has occurred with this booking, with your permission I would like to give you some information that might be missing from your review. As you can see from your confirmation voucher, our phone numbers both locally and for our 24/7 dispatch center are clearly marked in 3 different places.

We realize immigration lines where long, but our drivers cannot wait for over 2 hours since at LHR clearing times are usually a quarter of that time. We also received no calls from you, and you didn’t answer your phone when we tried to reach you to see if our driver should wait, or if we should release him.

Regardless of the above being said, I would like to help with this situation with a partial refund for your trip, to show you that we care and that we don’t take your business for granted. Our only goal is to change your mind about our service, to convince you that we do care for our clients.

For your information: Our driver was on location and since we received no news from you there wasn’t any way we could now that lines were running for over 2 hours, and even when there are miss-understandings we still want to give you a great service. A complete response was sent to the email address used on your booking for Mr. Alberto

Bumpy start and a true happy ending

It was a bit hard to find your airport counter but once I called and you guided me it was great from that point forward. Our car was surprisingly nice (they gave us a new mercedes) and the driver was helpful and gave us nice information along the way. Will use you again for my return trip. Thank you

Absolutely dreadful service

Absolutely dreadful service. I arrived with my family (2 adults & 3 kids) at Gatwick at 7.30am after an overnight flight from Orlando, so we were all very tired. Our driver was not there for our arrival, so we waited for 5 minutes or so, but no sign so I phoned the number given with the booking. When he arrived he was rude and said the booking was only for 2 people and I was lucky that he had came in a big car (my paperwork clearly stated 5 passengers). We then had a long walk to the far end of a multistorey car park to get to the vehicle. We then had a long journey across to Heathrow in the usual Monday rush hour traffic on the M25. At no point in the journey did the driver see if we were comfortable, the air conditioning wasn't on and we were absolutely roasting in the back. When we eventually got to the Heathrow we were taken to terminal 3 - I said to the driver that I think we should be at Terminal 5, he insisted the booking was for Terminal 3 and promptly drove away leaving us at the wrong terminal. Luckily for us we have a 6 hour connection wait so the delay didn't affect our onward travel plans. I would strongly advise to use another service. Very unimpressed.

Hello again Mr. Edwards, Thank you again for your reservation. I'm sorry you had to wait a whole day for our response but we had to fully investigate this matter before we could get back to you. Firstly as you can see from the actual arrival time, the flight landed at 07:26 yesterday and as booked the driver is required to be in the terminal 20 minutes after the landing time.

As you can see from the GPS records we shared with you over email, the driver was in the terminal on time, so much that when the controller called him to see where he was that’s when he met the customers.

Please note that we have spoken directly to the driver, he says he didn’t have any rude intentions, what had happened was an mpv vehicle was booked but instead of putting 5 passengers my colleagues accidentally put 2 passengers and when the driver had noticed this he said they were lucky because if a smaller type of an MPV was to be sent then they would not have been able to fit the car, which would have caused a big problem but instead by luck the job was sent to him.

You are also complaining that you had to walk to the far end of the car park, but as you know we do not have control over where the parking slots are available so if the driver had parked there it was for the simple reason that there were no closer slots available. There is also a complaint about having to travel during London's rush hour, but like before there is no other option as the traffic applies to everyone on the road and we have no control over it.

You are stating that you were not comfortable, but the vehicle used was a latest model Mercedes Viano. If you had requested the AC to be turned on I'm certain that the driver would have turned it on immediately.

Regarding the incorrect drop-off location being Terminal 3 instead of Terminal 5. Please note that this is true but what had happened was when the job was booked by you simply stating Heathrow and no specific terminal was given, so what we have done was to ask the driver to consult with the passengers on which terminal they needed to be dropped off at. What the driver said with regards to this is: "When he got close to Heathrow because there was traffic going to terminals 2,3,4 driver left at the junction to T5 ( this is also a shortcut off the motorway where you can follow the western perimeter road, to all the other terminals) this route takes much less time and is what I also use to avoid traffic, it's a side road that connects T5 with the other terminals. At this time one of the passengers said that they wanted to go to terminal 3 and not 5 and the driver continued to terminal 3 on the route we have mentioned above."

When they got to the drop off, the driver un-loaded the suitcases and they have asked him which way to the terminal and they went in. My guess is they have only realized when they went into the terminal that they were at the wrong place.

My goal is still to take care of all clients. If we can still win your business back please let me know as even with the above being said, we would like to offer a gesture to ensure all of our clients are happy.
