Very clean car, driver let us feel comfortable. I booked a car from / to Tel Aviv airport and had very good service. Easy to book, reasonable fares. The only suggestion to step up from “very very good” to “best in class”: at airport, driver should pick up customers closer to door exit.

Thank you so much! In Ben Gurion Airport we indeed operate a 24/ manned counter in Mezzanine 1, as required by the local airport authority. For this an other airports we also offer a VIP service from the plane that grants passengers a fast track at the airport. I have passed your comments forward to our local station. Good service, one remark, you make the reservation online and receive a confirmation but you still have to call the number to confirm your confirmation. This should be made more clear in the first mail confirmation. But overall satisfied and very friendly reliable customer service.

UPDATE: Apparently Jet a Limo reads these review because I got an email offering me 50% refund off my 1st (bad) trip - IF I changed my review from 3 start to 5 stars!...so they will apparently BRIBE YOU - no thanks...
I booked 2 trips - one from airport to hotel - this I would only give 2 stars - Driver was late arriving to airport - when I contacted Jet Limo, the agent was almost useless, told be to go to a kiosk that didn't exist - after running around for 30 minutes, finally he showed up. As he took me out to the car, he carried 1 bag, I carried the rest - once we get to the car - he says - I'm going for a "tea"...so I wait another 10 minutes while he gets his refreshments - (no offer to get one for me). - If this was my only experience, I would never use Jet Limo again
The 2nd time was great - from hotel to airport - showed up on time, very pleasant - got me to the airport to a special gate - Great Driver

Ride from hotel to airport all great. Driver was maybe 5 minutes late, but no big deal. He was friendly and helpful and excellent with our luggage.
