do not book through this website. total scam!!!! luckily something seemed off, went to the airline the day before to check into my flight... sure enough!! no damn tickets had been booked and i was out $400.

Jetcost is a completely shameless company. I don't know why consumer protection authorities haven't thrown these criminals in jail; they sell tickets at one price and then demand more money.
Please, do not use them for any travel purposes.

Very deceptive. Purchased the flight, Luis Garcia helped me. Told me he would send confirmation the evening before, that should have been a clue-“Red light”. I purchased it. On the day of he told me he was working on it and would have the confirmation sent by the evening. I called at 7 pm and was on hold for 20 minutes, kept calling back and no one would pick up then I got the message that they were closed. I finally got in touch with Luis and he said that the airline canceled the flight. I asked him about my money and he started to yell at me saying to listen to him. Very bad experience. They are scammers.

Do not use this company they are a scam! They will present a low price then shortly after increase the price! I was told i would receive an email 20 hours before the flight about my tickets but that never happened. I called and was told everthing was good that i would receive my tickets but never did and when i called back that stopped answering my calls. When i got to the airport they did not have a ticket for me my daughter and neice. I had to purchase new tickets at the airport at the time of my original flight which cost over $2700. They did not care and would not refund any of the extra money even though it was their fault! They told me this had happened to 17 others and it was out of there control! Need to find out how to sue this company to get my money back! Horrifying company! I almost missed my neices graduation in Florida and they could careless! I got the oh well not our fault even though the airline (Southwest) had no reservations for me from this company! Can't say horrible company enough! Please don't use them

This is a scam I think we all need to get together and file a class action lawsuit this is false advertisement you purchase a ticket for a low price then you get a email saying the tickets are no longer available

Don’t book with jet cost they are scammers. They show you cheaper ticket next day. They call you and tell you not available that date if you want same day you gotta pay more and then when you say I’m gonna cancel my ticket even less than 24 hours they deduct $500 tax money no refund no cancellation they took advantage of people specially for emergency. Travel happened to me. Be careful never ever book with this agent.

It’s a Skam web site. The price are cheaper but after they call you to give you a price higher for no reason. Like there’s no more tickets …

Please be aware of these scammers. I booked through them and the agent they used is thebestairfare.pleaee avoid them. They total scam. Im out over 2.5k. My anxiety and stress level is roof high. Keep sending me booking reference and when I rang etihad tickets are void. Im just going to sue them and tell police of these scammers. Im just hoping I will get my money back. Spoke to bank and they are under investigatioìn. Please lovely people avoid these scammers. My biggest mistake is, I didnt read reviews and got excited with the price

It’s a scam, you place an order for cheap and the call you a couple hours later to tell you that it’s no longer available, finally it’s 4 times the price and there is no refund if you cancel, they are rubbing us! I have cancel my credit card before the payment 🫵

The reservation is made with one cost. You will receive an email in which you have to call. No cancellation or you lost what you already paid. If you still want to travel you will pay for higher rate. 😡

Ineffective filters for flight passing warzone. While it looks like you can filter out airlines like etidah that do not fly due to the iran war, those flights are still shown. Huge time waster.

I wish I could give Jetcost.com a zero star (maybe even a -1 star review). I bought tickets through this website because of the cheap prices and of the good reviews it had. Planned all week for my weekend trip to Minnesota. I got to my gate at the airport ready to board, and when they scanned my ticket it said “invalid”. Turns out, our tickets were not real and had to completely cancel our trip at the gate of our flight. Horrible service and website. I do not blame the airline, I only blame the website. Please save your time and money and do not buy through this website so you do not run into the trouble I did.

the price is not real, they give you a really cheap price . You are so exited that you reserve and couple hour later they call you to told you that the reservation is not completed. you have to change the flight and you will have to pay way more cash. I take the cancellation fee at 60$ and you can't not do anythaing with it because your reservation is not completed. So now you have pay a cheap price for both flight BUT you will have to book an other flight you will pay more.

I wish we would have read the reviews first. Total bait and switch. Ended up paying $160 more, had to fly out of a different city 2 hrs away with an airline we don’t like to use. Please don’t use these guys!

I’m very glad I read the reviews before buying a ticket. Jetcost showed a great offer from the UK to South America and redirected me to an agency called HolidayCart. As soon as I entered my details, I started thinking the price sounded too good to be true.
Shortly after, someone called me saying he could help continue my booking and even offered me an “agency discount.” When I asked him to send the offer to my email so I could review it properly, he immediately hung up the phone.
That made me lose trust completely. I’m relieved I trusted my instinct and checked the reviews first before completing the purchase. Phew!

i would give this website a bunch of negative stars if i could, this site is a scam. they post flight deals and then try to tell you that your booking cannot be confirmed for the whole party and then upcharge you for more than what you can find on other reputable websites. don't be fooled by their prices because they will give you excuses such as you agreed to terms and conditions that this order cannot be cancelled but they couldn't confirm a seat for you on that flight. use a different website and pay a little more because this website along with airlines-flight.com and fly-scanner.com all use the same tactics. do not use any website associated with jetcost and save yourself the headache of having to deal with them.

This is the worst website in the world to buy airline tickets. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They are rude, unprofessional, and unable to provide clear explanations.

Do not waste your time or your money booking with them. You will end up frustrated and feeling completely misled. Their service is disorganized, confusing, and extremely disappointing.

It honestly feels unreliable and untrustworthy. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a travel agency.

Consider this a serious warning: do not buy from Jetcost.
