Its fake, they demand more money even after purchasing the tickets, and if you request a refund they will charge you. I purchased my tickets through them a week ago and I have yet to receive anything, and calling them has been useless, they only demand more money.

Was given a price online then was redirected to Flight Trotters who completely change my direct flight from London to Chicago with American Airlines to a Portuguese Airline with a stop over in Portugal then wanted to charge me £75 because i didn’t want it they said American Airlines wanted an extra £400

JUST STOP CHEATING!!!!!Today January 28 2026 I tried to buy flight ticket from Calgary to Belgrade and your website redirected me to your felow cheaters partners in Mexico "FLY CHEAPEST ONLINE" and after booked ticket,instead of flight ticket, I got email with explanation that is that ionly booking and if is no available flight for those dates and that price they will prtovide me with other dates and price.I called them and representative on phone number +1 844 638 0111 blackmailed me if I dont want what he ofers me I wil be punished with didaction from my payment. I tried wit my bank to resolve the problem but that will take some time. So, if you are not the same cheaters and thievs as mentioned online ticket sellers please cancel colaboration with those Mexican Bastards! Thanks!

Total scam, the prices shown in the website are just the 25% of what they will actually charge, stay away of this site, purchase a ticket for 223 dóllars and then they called me stating that I have to pay 500 dollars due ti taxes

Is a completely fraud, we bought 3 round trip fly tickets and in a airport we have to bought 2 rount trip air ticket and one departure to return,Jetcost only paid oneway, completely FRAUD, FRAUD, not buy never with this people, we lost a lot of money.

Worst experience everrrr. Discounted trip? Not really. I booked a flight for two. One was confirmed but the other was in waiting list. Had to pick a different option and had to pay extra no matter how much I tried to fight it. It was last minute so it was cheaper paying the difference than just going on the airlines website, but never again will I book with them.

Jetcost offers discounted seats when there are none available and only informs you after payment has been made, meaning you end up paying more than the original price. I consider this practice to be fraudulent

It's a SCAMMM...they never provide a ticket for the price they offered. STAY SWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Have agreement with fraud company like holiday breakz.

- Reservation was made for going and back flights for 1083$ passing by JetCoast and redirected to them.
- Call received: they are saying it will be 2000$ more if I absolutely want the back flight on this day and hours. Offered to changed dates for flights most expensive and that aren’t works for me. Finally, customer services employe didn’t understood it… Ask for refound, they denied saying than the extra protection was only in emergency case, injury, winter conditions. Never accepted to refound me. Fees wasn’t charged on my credit card and I blocked it, advise my bank of this fraud and make sure than it will not possible for them to use my card info.

Very disappointed to seen than it wasn’t a trustable website for booking flights as it was supposed to be.

Booked our flight yesterday from Jetcost.com taking bookingto cheapflyshop.. Received call after six hours saying that the flight you have bought for 3200$ is going to cost you now 5200$. What a scam it needs to be brought into notice of somebody that they are biggest fraud in the airline industry.And never book from them.I have been booking for years, and this is my worst experience. When you ask them to make us talk to the manager, they don't have manager and they have experienced frauds on phone to take your calls Their Headoffc in NewDelhi.Giving you Fake names.

This was a terrible experience booking a flight with Jetcost, I would NOT recommend it at all.
I originally paid for the price that was posted and shortly afterwards, I had received a phone call stating the flight ticket wasn't available and that the next ticket available they had was 3 times the price than the one I had intended for. When speaking with the lady and telling her to kindly cancel, she went on to say that I can not cancel now since I had already put in all of my information. Which makes no sense, seeing as I have the right to cancel regardless, if I had already put in my information. The whole experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.
Please do not waste your time using this Website, it is a scam.

Do not purchase any flight tickets with them for any cost! After taking money from your bank account they calling you back million times saying offer doesn't exist and you have to pay nearly double price without several connection flights. Absolute scam!

Jetcost let scam website like flycheapestonline.com be referenced on their results! They should work harder on what kind of website they reference for their clients so they don't get scammed.

Yet another site that offers you great fares, just to get a call that the so called "promotion" is no longer available, and the fare that you quoted is now 2 or 3 times more.

It is always suspicious when you cannot add bags or anything else to your itinerary. It is a pity that sites like this exist, and no one controls it, and in spite of the many negative comments all pointing at the same scam continue to exist.

This Jetcost is Scam,they are listing their websites where they are creating a group of scammers showing flight prices with fake advertisement and discount of more than 70-80 % discount.

J'ai acheter un billet à 369$ aller, retour. Le lendemain ,j'ai reçu un appel comme quoi il avait réserver mon billet pour aller avec West jet met qu'il avait plus de place pour le retour. Je devais faire mes propre recherche et payé pour mon retour. J'ai du m'engueuler avec eu pour qu'il me cancelle ma réservation. Une chance que j'avais bloqué ma carte de credit en ligne. JETCOST.COM c'est une arnaque a 100%.
