No help with anything when coming to changing tickets wanted double the price that I paid for the actual tickets

I booked a flight through Jettzy and paid extra to add a 30 kg checked baggage allowance because it wasn't included with my ticket. Two days later, I received an email saying that the baggage request had a "failure status," meaning the airline might not be able to provide the extra baggage as originally requested.

When I contacted Jettzy's customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact the airline. However, when I called the airline, they said that because I booked through a third-party agent, Jettzy would need to arrange the baggage. I was left going back and forth between Jettzy and the airline, with neither taking responsibility or offering a solution. It was a very frustrating experience.

Another disappointing part was the booking process itself. The initial flight price was different from the final price. When I reached the payment stage, I was told the fare had increased and had to pay an extra $300 to complete the booking. That was very frustrating and made the whole experience feel unreliable.

The booking was completed in the end, but the lack of support, poor communication, and unexpected price increase made the experience disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement in customer service and transparency.

There was no confirmation email. No booking ref email. It was stressful as I forgot time and provider.

Standard scam site that lets you get all the way to the end before jumping the price up 10%, absolutely disgusting all these sites that can get away with that, it’s false advertising at the least but stealing really

The ticket booking process was extremely slow. I paid extra to select seats, but didn't get what I wanted because the app was so slow in processing, and there was no refund offered whatsoever. I definitely won't be using their service again. It's completely unprofessional.

Not recommended. Booked tix for two people in the same transaction. Jettsy booked the airline under two separate booking references so that the seats are not linked. This ensures that if you want tonsit together you must pay for a seat selection fee for each pax. The ticket purchase and verification process was very clunky so for a while I thought I had been scammed but in the end it was legit. Overall I would go to the airline direct next time.

Great price great communication in booking flights and seats

The search for flights was excellent however when using the multi city option to book 3 flights it kept telling refusing to show the flight available. what royaly pissed me off is having to then search and book the exact same 3 flights separately and the 11 emails that followed.

The booking process was clear and smooth.
The best part of it, was that within the next few minutes after completing the booking, we were given the airline booking reference details.

Asked for a refund 4 hours after booking my flight and was denied.

Price changed significantly while I was making the transaction

The worst company ever! I tried to change my ticket 3 weeks before the flight itself, Jettzy started to tell me stories that it was not possible, better buy new ticket , which will cost much more than your current one. I paid additional fees for the flexible ticket , by the way. When I asked for the credit note, I was told that it was also impossible. So, I reached the Airline directly and received credit for my ticket in a couple of minutes. This company cheat . Be careful with them, otherwise you will loose your money!!!
