I was really happy with the Companies efficiency
I was really happy that I was up and dressed when Barrie arrived at 8am, on the dot, which in itself is generally unheard of, when frequently we’re told “ anytime between 8am & 6pm!!
He instantly proved himself to be a “ dog whisperer” when my very excited dog greeted him!
Barrie then proceeded to go around each of the boxes and checked both inside and out. He then refilled each of them, before adding two more.
Throughout he kind, polite & efficient.
Job done ! Thank you Barrie.

Massive let down
Told them someone would be in from 12.30 today (I had to come straight home from somewhere), waited in all afternoon despite having things I needed to go out and do and they never showed up 😡.

The pest control officer was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do to remove the bees nest from my loft. Very friendly and spent as long as was needed to carry out the job properly. Would definitely recommend. The service was worth every penny.

Very good service, not rushed at all, came back in after leaving when I remembered to ask about another area of the house, he was intuitive to spot additional spots to fill and not afraid to help behind toilets etc!
