We contacted JG Pest Control And they were able to come out the following day to take care of a wasp nest in our compost bin.
Arrived promptly assessed the situation and dealt with the problem. They were very informative about the situation and gave us advice on how things would work.
They also guarantee their work.
Would highly recommend

He fixed the problem within 30 mins and was courteous and pleasant person to chat to and I felt safe as a single woman!!!

Great Service

On time appointment. Fast, efficient service with a good explanation of work being carried out and what to expect over the next few days.

If I could put minus stars I would! Service entirely not as advertised. Any works in the loft are apparently not covered despite this not being mentioned until you complain. The guys who come out to do the actual work are lovely but do not have the correct equipment. Time slots for arrival are 6 hours long. From what I can gather positive reviews are from when it was run by different people as recent reviews are mostly negative. I ended up asking for a refund and still lost almost £300 for a job they actually told my dad to do.

Communication was fantastic throughout the whole process. A friendly chap turned up at the arranged time and took care of everything. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and did a professional job. We are happy customers!

Needed an urgent visit the following day. All arranged by phone. Turned up in the time slot and did the job.

The Operative came at a resonable time check the area that needed to to treated and put down the pestacide. Explained how it works and what to look out for. Very polite and professional.

I found the company helpful when I called them, had a few issues on the chat when talking to Claire, if I was logged out of the chat and had to rejoin it, she couldn’t find the last conversation we had and had that a few times. Also it took ages for my payment to clear in her end, but as soon I rang you, you confirmed that the payment was confirmed so I don’t know why Claire couldn’t see it. The guy that came to my property was lovely and told me all what I needed to do after the treatment was dried.

Ryan was absolutely lovely, did a great job fitting a hatch for us for an enclosed space that has a pest problem. He was very efficient and tidy, and also took the time to make sure everything was explained thoroughly and we understood what was being done, how the hatch works and what happens next in the process. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend, thank you!
