Excellent service from knowledgeable staff

We had our second follow up visit from Aaron today, to sort out an ongoing issue with mice. Aaron was brilliant. His personality, demeanour and expertise are unmatched. In 30 years, I have rarely met someone so genuine and helpful. He deserves all the praise, and we feel thoroughly reassured after his visit.

I would like to say Scott came out today in very hot weather and went up in our loft which was even hotter he sprayed the wasp nest and hopefully done the trick we had a man come on sat who sprayed the outside but never went up in the loft which he should of checked at least very pleased with Scott today

Arrived on time and was knowledgeable about our issues. Explained how he was going to resolve matters and will return in 10/14 days to check on progress. Recommended.

Kurt a very nice polite guy , did the job within 5- 10 min ,he had trouble finding them, but he did 😀

Luke was very knowledgeable & professional, he assessed the situation- ie runs, access points quickly and placed bait boxes accordingly, would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone else that has a rat/pest problem !

Super efficient easy to book and arrived the day and time stated. Updates with expected time and driver on his way. Quick no hassle service polite and respectful and full advise regarding not using the entrance (wasp nest in cavity by my door) what to expect regarding the wasps ‘going’ and advise to call them for a return foc treatment if not completely gone in 7 days .. I would happily recommend this company .. let’s hope the little devils will go with first treatment! 🤞🤞

Sean came to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, he was really knowledgeable about the species, he told us that within a week there should be no more activity in the area he sprayed but if they are still swarming in that area to give them a call back. Due to the type of roof tile we have and the way they have been cut/laid (they have two humps on them) Sean said that unfortunately we can't take any preventative measures to stop them from getting back underneath the edges of the tiles where two parts of the roof join together. Will definitely be using their services again if needed

Hi I was miss told and not told at all that after treatment for fly eggs take up to four weeks to get rid of I’m still seeing fly magets every day about 15:20 I have to remove my self

Adam from JG pest control came to my property yesterday to deal with a wasps nest . He was a polite friendly young man who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He messaged me when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He explained the procedure used to irradicate the wasps and answered all my questions with good knowledge. Thankyou Adam.
