Very thorough and helpful would recommend

I found the company helpful when I called them, had a few issues on the chat when talking to Claire, if I was logged out of the chat and had to rejoin it, she couldn’t find the last conversation we had and had that a few times. Also it took ages for my payment to clear in her end, but as soon I rang you, you confirmed that the payment was confirmed so I don’t know why Claire couldn’t see it. The guy that came to my property was lovely and told me all what I needed to do after the treatment was dried.

Ryan was absolutely lovely, did a great job fitting a hatch for us for an enclosed space that has a pest problem. He was very efficient and tidy, and also took the time to make sure everything was explained thoroughly and we understood what was being done, how the hatch works and what happens next in the process. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend, thank you!

Stay away from this company for treatment of bed bugs!!! I am not sure why people have highly rated this company when their services are so poor.

I had a heat and chemical treament done to get rid of bedbugs but it did not work even though I paid a lot of money for this.

I had to wait another 4 weeks and show them evidence of live activity before they agreed to come for a follow up chemical only treatment by which time the bugs had greatly multiplied.

Even though I pointed out where the bugs were hiding, the engineer told me they know what they are doing and did a poor job anyway.

Gave me a 10 hour window for the second time call out.

Treatment was ineffective for me .

Quick and efficient service

I phoned yesterday about a wasp's nest and Anthony Gwyther arrived today on time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. He took away the worry and inspired confidence. I would recommend J G Pest Control.

Communication throughout the work wasnt great alot of mixed messages from office and text messages saying different times which was confusing. Overall job has been satisfactorily and they did it very efficiently. They didn't put anything down to protect the carpets but was easily hoovered.

Mr Parkinson arrived when he was expected, carried out the treatment of the wasps nest and explained what had been done. He was very polite and a credit to his company.

Steve came before the time slot which was great. He saw the wasp nest, had a bin refuse sack & advised me to stay indoors. He put on protective clothes, removed the nest,& took it away. I was advised not to go near the nest area for 2-3 days until the remaining drones died. Excellent.

Arrived when he said he would, spotted the wasps' ingress straightaway and did the spraying quickly.

Efficient, quick and friendly service

Very efficient and swiftly removed the bird box with the wasp nest and sprayed around the site. No sign of any wasps around now . Thankyou for dealing with it so quickly .
