Wasp problem dealt with efficiently
Adam from JG pest control came to my property yesterday to deal with a wasps nest . He was a polite friendly young man who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He messaged me when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He explained the procedure used to irradicate the wasps and answered all my questions with good knowledge. Thankyou Adam.

Well if I could give no stars I would don’t use these company .what a joke take yr money then don’t answer your calls .hadappointment booked didn’t show up to be told staff issues probably cause they were watching the football then to be told a visit made three days later what a joke .then when they say there coming they update you with email saying different times .what a way to run a business .im out of pocket 340 pounddont suppose I will get any back .dont use them time wasters.

Kurt turner up on time, took his time understanding the issue and promptly deal with the wasps. Despite the access issues Kurt was able to administer the poison accurately. 3 hours later the wasps seem to have left (fingers crossed).
Also he was easy going ajd professional to talk to, left no mess.

Rang the company regarding a wasps nest…
Rang the company regarding a wasps nest we had the day before, they came the next morning, received a text message to say when Anthony would be arriving and was prompt and arrived on time. Dealt with the wasps nest and said if the problem was still there after 7 days they would come back to deal with the nest under the guarantee. Very happy with the service I have received, will definitely use again if we have anymore pest problems.
