Shocking service , avoid at all costs promised delivery 4 times , never turned up , no phone calls just texts, Over six weeks overdue

Excellent service from Niall and Andrew. They worked extremely well and had our pergola up within 3 hours! Very clean and tidy, took all packaging away with them. I'm so pleased I opted for the installation service for my purchase. Our thanks go to the team that built our pergola and also the team that delivered all of the boxes the evening before. Great teamwork all round.

1.5 hours delayed delivery from planned 3 hour delivery window . . . but guess delays are sometimes inevitable !
The team on arrival were efficient and polite.

Team were very professional. Kept providing delivery updates as the day went on proactively.

We ended up wasting 4 full days waiting for delivery of garden furniture. We were told lie after lie when it would be delivered. Eventually when cancelling the order I was told it was out for delivery and would be delivered by 1pm. My husband spoke to the driver about 3pm to be asked did he want it delivered or not, (very rude). It was finally delivered at 5pm. They couldn't get it off the back of the truck quick enough.

Connor and Owen were so professional polite and helpful in the delivery and collection of our furniture they were cheerful and courteous and could not have been more helpful.
A great team and definitely an asset to the company keeping us in the loop on both days with messages and estimates.

Delivered 2 pergolas instead of 1 ;
Even with 2 they still didn’t deliver the right amount of blinds .
I have rang on numerous times and got told someone would check and get back to me .
2 weeks later still no return of phone call and still no blinds .
I think the people that marked this company 5 must have been very lucky .

Aside from an initial hiccup, delivery of the garden furniture was straightforward. Both delivery guys were pleasant and helpful. Contact with Jigsaw was trouble free via messenges. Would recommend.

Kacper and his colleague arrived nice and early,were very courteous and hard working.

Overall very pleased with the service provided.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!
Delivery scheduled for 28/06 and received a call from driver saying lorry had broken down and delivery would be made the following day. Received txt on 29/06 saying delivery would be Monday 1st July.

Monday received a call from new Depot Manager, or so he said, saying he needs a favour as lorry is still out of action and could I take delivery on Tuesday 2nd July and driver would call me an hour before - Guess what!

I called on Tuesday morning and was told that the driver said he was out of driving hours and couldn't make the delivery, so they will deliver on Wednesday.

Called them this morning and was told that driver has been instructed to deliver to me first and I they would call the driver for an estimated delivery time and call me back - No Call Back Received.

Called them again at 15:34 to be met with "Aint he delivered it yet?" (Would I be calling if they had!)

Said he will call driver and come back to me - I don't hold out much hope for a delivery today to be honest.

Still, they may surprise me!

I have noticed that the reviews that have been responded to are only the positive ones.

It's clear that those who have a poor service just don't matter.

Further more, I'm a director of a recruitment firm that supply drivers - Perhaps we could help? (You obviously need it).
