Fantastic service. I had regular texts with updates on my delivery, and a phone call with delivery time. Stuart and Stephen were friendly and polite, they arrived on time and delivered all my furniture to the room of my choice.

Tommy and Umar from Jigsaw delivered my Cocoon Sofa bed today. They phoned me before arrival, were very professional and considerate, taking care when taking the heavy item to a bedroom upstairs.They made sure I was happy with the positioning of the sofa bed once opened before heading off to their next customer. Received our Maze garden furniture today delivered by Jigsaw Logistics. Dave & Hugh were the delivery men, they did a fantastic job. The furniture was delivered and installed by these guys professionally and nothing was too much bother. The weather was extremely hot and the two guys were expected to carry a 66KG table from their lorry through to the garden. I was surprised they are not issued a sack barrow at least (Health & Safety) Jigsaw you need to consider manual handling for these guys provide them the proper health and safety equipment!

Having purchased a pergola I opted to pay extra to have this assembled on site, I was given a delivery time and Niall and Dylan arrived at the arranged time. The level of care taken to unpack and erect the pergola was exceptional, Niall was obviously very experienced and efficient and was also training Dylan. Both lads were extremely friendly, conscientious and happy to explain each stage of the construction. I was so impressed with the speed and accuracy of their work and the way in which they tidied up after themselves. I cannot recommend these two enough. Thank you both for a great job

This company delivered goods to my neighbour but on leaving the lane they ruined my side gate wall. Neither driver or his assistant passenger got out of the vehicle to admit that they hit the wall. As I had caught the act on CCTV the company had to admit liability. However it was then down to me find three quotes and the negotiate with the cheapest to do the job. I then had to pay them ( some of it up front). The job was completed 10 days ago and after many requests this company has failed to reimburse me. My wife and I are in our 80’s and have been put through a lot of hassle and now are out of pocket by over a thousand pounds.

John and Pam were fantastic and very professional. They had a space to get my delivery in one day early which tells me they are organised and coordinated as a team. They had called me which I missed so they text me to give me an update. They arrived, unpacked, built everything, tidied up and debriefed me with some information on how the furniture worked! Exactly what I was looking for. Clean, efficient, friendly and got the job done. Highly recommend.
