Terrible service by Jio Fiber in the Indore city area. My Wi-Fi has been completely down since June 9, 2026. Today is June 16, and there is still no resolution. Their call center is useless and stuck on auto-reply loops. For a urban locality in a smart city like Indore, this level of service is shameful. Customer No: 7313191592. Avoid Jio if you want reliable internet.

Jio fiber connection service I am using from last 4 years. I have never get the service on time. Frequently connection issue I am facing. When I schedule technician visit they simply refuse to come. When you call the service staff on call they just tell you schedule visit. They never understand the suffering of the customer. Work from home requires internet connection stable. When you can’t deliver work you have to bare pay cut. Jio is always works on its own mood. They just charge customer and enjoy bills. Never give proper support and service. This is really frustrating experience

no tat .40-50 calls to raiser a SR request. My jio set up box has been blocked for more than 72 hrs with no accee to TV & OTT platforms. I have made of 25 -30 calls to the customer service no and several visits to your office in Govandi.
