Terrible service by Jio Fiber in the Indore city area. My Wi-Fi has been completely down since June 9, 2026. Today is June 16, and there is still no resolution. Their call center is useless and stuck on auto-reply loops. For a urban locality in a smart city like Indore, this level of service is shameful. Customer No: 7313191592. Avoid Jio if you want reliable internet.

Jio fiber connection service I am using…

Jio fiber connection service I am using from last 4 years. I have never get the service on time. Frequently connection issue I am facing. When I schedule technician visit they simply refuse to come. When you call the service staff on call they just tell you schedule visit. They never understand the suffering of the customer. Work from home requires internet connection stable. When you can’t deliver work you have to bare pay cut. Jio is always works on its own mood. They just charge customer and enjoy bills. Never give proper support and service. This is really frustrating experience

thirdclass service by jio so far i have raised more than 50 complaints and called more than 100 times to jio customer care. they are not capable of solving or backend team is not capable resolving technical issue.. worst worst worst. to whomever it works fine its purely their luck.. my middle finger to jio service and support team.

nightmare come true...staff…

nightmare come true...staff misbehaviour. zero service incase things go wrong.

no tat .40-50 calls to raiser a SR request. My jio set up box has been blocked for more than 72 hrs with no accee to TV & OTT platforms. I have made of 25 -30 calls to the customer service no and several visits to your office in Govandi.

No technician visit still NOT scheduled. I am sharing the the picture of jio set up box I have. Kindly resolve this from the back end or scshedule some visit of the techncian to take care of the issue at THE EARLIEST.

Kindly have some sympathy on customer. Pleasse understand it not possible for us to follow up with NON STOP as also have jobs to do. Jio wifi internet connection. Suddenly we lost internet connection and we tried all possible modes to fix the issue but no use. Complete zero support from Jio customer service. Our office work every thing is in pause....
After 22hours of our waiting they send a message for engineer visit for fixing the issue but no one came. We again called customer service they told to book appointment again..........again.....again.....
Our precious office time gone in vain...

Shitty connection. Save time and money

If you are planning to get Air Fiber dont. Save money and time. Nothing against the people in the store. Jio services are really bad. Its literally borderline scam. Half the time you will face connection drops and not be able to fix it days on end. They are shameless enough to never give refunds.

Very poor service from JioFiber. I have lodged the same complaint multiple times, but no action has been taken to resolve the issue. Instead, the service requests are repeatedly marked as "Resolved" without any actual resolution, communication, or updates. This is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of concern for customers.

I purchased a Jio smartphone 12 days…

I purchased a Jio smartphone 12 days ago. The service has been very disappointing. I was not given any warranty card, bill, or purchase receipt at the time of purchase. Without proper documents, it is difficult for customers to claim support or warranty services.
I am not satisfied with this experience and would not recommend this phone to others. Please ensure you receive a proper bill and warranty details before purchasing any device.

Even though I have a monthly recharge plan, my daily data gets exhausted very quickly. I constantly have to purchase additional data packs. It feels like telecom companies know people will keep buying extra data once their daily limit is used.
