Johney is the most rudest person I’ve ever met I think their bikes are Chinese replicas would not recommend ?avoid? definitely I would go elsewhere

In Dec 2022 I Bought a brand new quad for my son for Christmas- on Christmas morning it literally went for 10minutes and then wouldn’t start. Contacted JMK Quads Banbridge and they said it must have been something I done (I literally hadn’t touched it from we picked it up). Took it back to get fixed- when we collected it again it went for about 10mins and stopped working again. Rang and spoke to owner who was the most ignorant man I have ever spoke to- everything was my fault. To cut long story short- I rang consumer helpline & trading standards (this hadn’t been the first time this company had been reported) and I contacted my bank to get the transaction (80% of what I paid) reversed as advised by trading standards as owner refused me a refund after selling me this faulty quad! Left quad back and was told I would get the remaining 20% in a cheque when cheque arrived it was not for the full amount that I had paid. Was a nightmare from start to finish with this company- never again will I buy from them. Had a very disappointed child over this!!

I bought a NEW childs dune buggy from JMK Quads in Banbridge in December 2024. In March 2025, the front wheel broke off and when I brought it back to be fixed I was told it got a 'bang', which it did not. They repaired the wheel and serviced the dune buggy and the next day when the dune buggy was used, the brakes failed. My mechanic looked at it and told me that no brake pads were fitted. My child could have been killed. JMK Quads have stated on their invoice that the dune buggy was serviced, but it obviously was not serviced properly. This company won't answer my calls or emails and are basically ignoring me. STAY WELL CLEAR of this company as do not care about a childs safety and are completely negligent in their works.
