Actually treat you like a person and not a " paying customer"

So refreshing to feel that the other person on the end of the phone actually cares.

We have slight mix up with delivery, they handled everything like champs.

Anybody can sell someone a product - its what happened when issue arise that sorts the men from the boys

I have no issue with Pump Express. But lots with their courier DPD. In November last year I had a parcel delivered by DPD to an address a mile away. This was repeated again earlier this year. I decided on that occasion I would make a complaint. I spoke to a lady called Natalie , who apologised. We then discussed at length where my property actually was. She identified it exactly using Google maps. So when I saw Express Pumps were using DPD , I was confident I would get my parcel. But no. The driver took it to the same address he had taken the two previous parcels. The people there offered to direct him to where I live but he was having none of it and said he’d been there and the gates were locked which was a blatant lie. I will not be ordering from any supplier who uses DPD or I like to call them the Disastrous Pathetic Delivery company.

We are building an off grid rainwater harvesting system which includes water treatment. Pump Express helped us source and size the appropriate pumps and filters. They were very pleasant people to work with and provided us with excellent after sales service.

I Ordered a replacement Pedrollo Top Vortex pump from Pump Express. Outstanding service - the pump arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. James was extremely helpful with advice before buying and also a query regarding the float valve while I was fitting it. In this world of totally cr*p customer service, this was first class. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I needed a regular supply of ionised water (an area about which I knew nothing) for car washing and was headed down the route of buying a 150 ltr tank and pump from Pump Express but needed advice about the pump. Responses to my enquiries were always prompt and helpful but rather than just answer my questions they sought to understand what I actually needed to achieve. Having understood my needs they directed me away from my tank/pump solution costing £1,000 to a much simpler solution costing £300. So my thanks to Pump Express for their wholly professional 'customer first' approach which has made my life both simpler and cheaper!

Really helpful firm. I ordered a pump from them 3 years ago. When it developed a fault after the guarantee period had expired, they kindly contacted one of their field service engineers who explained the likely cause of the problem. I repaired the pump and it worked well for a while, then failed again. I tried the same repair and it worked for another while. There may have been a fundamental problem with the pump so I ordered another from them and they give me a significant discount. Excellent service.

Initial experience was outstanding. I needed a booster set quickly and they made it happen, following up the online order with a friendly phonecall to make sure the product was fit for purpose.

Unfortunately, once installed, one of the connections (that came prefitted by PumpExpress) turned out to have a leak. Aftersales care amounted to "put some PTFE tape on it." I'm not a plumber, so I'd have to call a plumber in again to dismantle the join, put tape on it and reconnect safely and securely. Nevermind that there shouldn't have been a leak in the first place on a brand new product.

A shame because I really wanted to give PumpExpress a great review.

Item was delivered well packaged and on time. I always use this company as I know the product I receive is the best quality. I mainly use them for water filters for my borehole.

The pump outlet was oversized so no matter how I tried the hose supplied would not go on. The pump was critical as it stopped the cellar of my clients house flooding. A flood kills the floor mounted boilers. After some discussion with the technical help line who checked stock on the shelves they realized they had a batch of pumps with oversized outlets .an alternative was couriered out immediately. The Pump was installed. Client happy. This shows it's all about. How you deal with a problem. Pump express where first class . Next pump job I'll go to them. Well done the tech support guys

Ordered a new water pump, in stock website easy to use.

Brought a Powertank COMPACT – Fixed Speed – 125ltr as my new build house has aboslutely rubbish water pressure was a bit worried because of the size of water tanks can be large and it ain't a huge house.

I have some room under the sink though and that's where the main water feed comes in. Anyway, called em up and spoke to a lad called Rob, he was alright, walked me through what I needed and ended up sending him a what'sapp photo of my setup and dimensions and that seemed ok, haven't got the tank yet.

Will update this review when it's installed and fitted by the plumber chap I've chosen, hoping this will sort out my issues. If so I'll be recommending the neighboor one ahaha

I rang Pump Express to find out a dimension of a filter that was not detailed on their website. The guy I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He went off to measure the particular filter in the warehouse and rang back after 10 minutes.
I then pursued their offer to beat any competitors price for an identical item, and received a detailed email back from James including a personalised discount code, valid for one week.
I placed an order for a Pressure Vessel and a Rainwater Filter. These arrived early the next day in a quality cardboard box, inside the items were extremely well wrapped in layers of bubble wrap. Each was in its own cardboard box and inside in polythene. The quality of each item is superb.
Today, I rang to ask a technical question concerning the Installation instructions for the filter. Rob took the call, went to ask the tech department and rang back as promised within 10 minutes. The advice and courtesy was excellent.
I recommend this company totally from these experiences.
