Bought a mens denim jacket great quality and after a few opinions said it looked good on me and that they liked it. Very happy and it arrived a day earlier than stated

Fast delivery service. The items arrived earlier than expected.
Only downside were the sweatshirt and logging bottoms bought in size medium. Sadly, neither looked anything like the photos. The sleaves were too short and neck too wide on the top. Couldn't fit in the jogging bottoms. They were overly skinny and very low hung half my backside was uncovered! As the items were bought on sale. The postage was more expensive than the cost, so gave them away to charity.

I was having doubt at first but All the hoodies, jumpers and joggers I got are so nice and thick, serving its purpose. True to size.
Customer service is topnotch, quite responsive and delivery came faster than I expected.

I had ordered and paid for next day delivery. order didn't arrive and when I contacted the customer service he said "you should have read the delivery details properly" and blamed me for the delay.

"it's next day delivery once dispatched" what a joke! and also website mentions same day dispatch if you order before 2 pm but it never got dispatched until I chased them. like he said maybe I should have "read it properly"

order was delivered late and now there is no reply to any of my emails. I have sent them maybe 10 emails by far.

I booked with royal mail to pick my returned items they failed to do so even when they missed the date of collection. I am stuck with item that I should have returned which now have passed its return date

I got matching hoodie to 3 pairs of slim fir joggers from my son. They're so lovely and soft and look lovely on him. He really likes them as a tracksuit.

This experience was awful. I ordered the trousers last monday, with 1-3 day delivery so expect them tk be delivered on Thursday or Friday. Low and behold they weren’t and i had half an outfit for the oarty i was attending on Saturday.
