Ordered the wrong color item, but didn't realize this is just a drop shipping site. I contacted them immediately to remedy the issue, they just respond that the order is already placed and they cannot change it even though it has not yet shipped. I would avoid at all cost unless you like to gamble.

Ordered cufflinks, paid for express delivery. Easily tracked and arrived in 2 days. Cufflinks were high quality, excellent product and delivery of service.

I have purchased numerous items from John Henric. Their clothing is good quality, stylish, and very well-priced. Shipment from Sweden to the US is swift. Each package has included a hand-written note of thanks—little touches like that mean a lot. I am preparing another order now for some items I will need on a long voyage. I highly recommend John Henric.

Ordered a scarf and braclet on 16th May so far north received any notification or goods despite payment being made.

I have been buying from them several times. Never had any issues and everything is in excellent quality.

Ordered chinos by using the size guide on their website and comparing to my best fitting dress pants. Size 34 shows it should have a 17.7” waist and 13” thigh. Waist is actually just barely 17” and the thigh 11”. I fit in them like a sausage. Contacted customer care a week ago and again 24hrs ago and still zero response. I’ve purchased a merino wool blazer and cotton blazer from them previously but will never order from them again.

Ordered 4 shirts, swimming trunks and a jumper. Three of the shirts were the wrong shirts! The swimming trunks were damaged. I sent these items back, which you have to do at your own cost as no return shipping is provided. I sent the items back recorded delivery from the U.K. . Four weeks later the company has not even emailed me acknowledging receipt of the items, let alone given a refund. I’ve never written a review before but this is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Avoid at all costs.

This is my second reviews , its done voluntarily cos i was so impressed with john henric . First of all i have myself to blame for ordering 2 suspender belts from them - but realized i've already got one. So i quickly emailed them to change , they acknowledged that - but somehow the message must have not gone through as i received the same one . Feeling pretty disappointed i told them about the wrong order. They promptly informed me to keep that one ( which i gave to a friend ) and they will send me the right one .What a great service team, i didn't really wanted to impose on them but they did it voluntarily as i'm loathe to send things back by mail. Thank you for the excellent service and i'm very happy with the service team at John Henric from turning my disappointment to praise for their fantastic service.

Very fast delivery and very nice quality packaging. Was expecting an Really Red scarf, but the red colour is more burgundy than red. Therefore I can't give a five star review.
