Works fine within Sweden only, but getting stuff into Norway is a nightmare!!! JH are using UPS that is not doing its job .... package that was supposed to be delivered 13th of October is still at UPS warehouse in Norway 2,5 weeks later !! .... called three thime UPS they do not see where the problem is .... exchanged with JH customer service they are totaly blind!!! cancelled my purchase...

Fantastic service and great quality clothing. Ordered three items, that all fit perfectly, on Sunday evening which arrived promptly by Tuesday via DHL.

I emailed customer service for my discount coupon, no response. Scarf that I ordered was far different from what I was expected ad saw on web.

I bought a bowtie and a jacket pocket scarf. I received both within a couple of days from the order date. They were exactky as i emagined and even a bit better :) Unfortunately there was a tiny flaw in the fabric of the bowtie, leaving a small white spot. I wrote John Henric and they answered shortly after and appologized for the mistake, and they sent me a new bowtie right away (which I received the day after) without asking further questions.
In addition, I received a promotion code upon signing in, which I forgot to enter at the purchase. Again John Henric just transferred the amount that I had payed to much without asking any questions.
Of all the purchases I have made online, this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Everyone can make mistakes, but John Henric are very understanding and open about it, and deliver a perfect service.

Nice products but your currency is way off!??
The exact same shirt is priced 899 Swedish kr.

In Danish kr. the Price is 799...
899 Swedish kr. is closer to 650 danish kr.

It makes absolute no sense and is a real shame for the webshop. Also you guys have some serious website issues. To often the site doesnt display right item when you switch between countries from mobile. Constructive customer feedback as I do think you have some quality products.

So copying Eton designs and using drop shipping? Or does the company actually have some sort of history

Never heard of this company before, I ordered a relatively inexpensive cashmere comb from the site with a 20% discount code from Google. My item arrived today in perfect condition. It was beautifully packaged with care, accompanied by handwritten note as well as a little chocolate. The shopping experience exceeded my expectation and I am genuinely impressed. I will definitely be shopping from John Hendric again for gifts and other goods.

Ordered a scarf and braclet on 16th May so far north received any notification or goods despite payment being made.

I purchased a wool polo and a silk scarf. The polo shirt is of fairly good quality. The silk scarf I very low quality, it is the thinnest scarf I have ever seen and the silk is of the worst quality I have ever seen.

I believe the products shown in the website images have been visually edited to look better than the actual product

I have ordered several products now, including 2 shirts, three ties (one ascot), one pair of sunglasses, and a beige double-breasted blazer, which arrived today. The shirts are well made and I like the patterns. The ties are also great.
The sunglasses didn't fit my head at all, so I sent them back (Btw you have to pay for the return costs yourself) but the product itself was good quality. It was just made for very very thin heads I guess ...
The same cannot be said of the beige double-breasted blazer. I don't enjoy it at all, because the product was advertised way differently, as for the color, quality, and fit. It looks cheap and the value is far off, and I paid "only" € 200 since it was on sale.
Conclusion: to be fair, the shirts and the ties/ascots are very nice, but the blazer is a disappointment.

I had to pay 35 dollas for duties etc..was too high

First ,i received a defected item , and they said they're gonna send a new one and also will pay the consumer amount as well. So as it was promised, in order to get the package I did the payment for consumer amount and i have send them the receipt, but they never paid me back... so disappointed and Unprofessional

This stuff is beautiful. The fabrics are just great. The prices are phenomenal...how they send this stuff overseas so quickly is impossible to understand.....but the most important thing is simple it’s jut plain great quality...I would be fine waiting weeks. Thank you John Henric

Order is always on time if not before the delivery time. Fabrics are amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments ever since i started buying John Henric products. My personal favorites are their line of turtleneck. HOWEVER, i wish they had a Black turtleneck. I had to settle for navy blue :(
