Terrible service
ordered for delivery after 2pm on 27 June. Didn't arrive. Went to store to collect but no joy. Had to go on holiday without the money and pay a huge fee to withdraw cash when I arrived in the country.
To make matters worse I am still receiving emails to collect the money and although I contacted customer services about this who confirmed I would get a full refund, I am still waiting. Very disappointed especially as I could have just gone to my local foreign exchange and bought my currency.

Staff were extremely helpful
Staff were extremely helpful. I collected pre-ordered currency and was advised to check it to see if the denominations were ok for my needs. They weren't. Most were very large value notes....the cashier was able to make the order more appropriate.

Very good service - used for a reason
Very good service, ordered before 3pm as advised and postie was knocking on the door at 8.30am the next day... excellent!
Reason for going this route was we ordered click and collect before and when we got to the store the bureau de change was closed for lunch with no-one available to pick our order... sign of the times I guess. 😔

Easy collection.

Take my passport, for identification, and just walk in to see a John Lewis partner collect the money and carry on my way. All fairly seamless once ordered.
