Do not use the pet insurance product…
Do not use the pet insurance product from John Lewis as it does not live up to the quality of the name. They are very difficult to deal with and impose conditions after the inception of the policy.

Staff not readily available (as is often the case). But perfectly friendly on arrival at their desk. It is important you keep your travel cash desk open going forward and not revert to on line transactions only!
