The dosage of my last two vials have ineffective. The dosage for some unexplained reason has been too low even agreed by provider. My vials have also been small. The cost is too expensive for ineffective results
for my treatment of symptoms of my PCOS. Also, different pharmacies are used so sometimes there are different concentrations. It just seems very inconsistent.

Product got to me HOT and bubbly. I emailed and got a response it’s fine. But honestly I’m not sure. If it needs to be refrigerated how can it be ok if it arrived hot. I don’t mean room temperature or warm. I mean like sitting inside a vehicle baking hot.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Joined for 325 just renewed and received half the amount for the same price! No explanation just want me to talk to a nurse. If I’m only approved for half the original dose how do you charge people the same amount. Buyer beware honestly makes more sense to go with another company I just basically paid 300 for a one month supply! Based on the reply I’m adjusting this! Yes I received half a vial for 325 and the second time they send me 1/4 the vial!

Prices too high.
over the past few months this product has become available from many other sources. you only give me the option to refill my order or increase dosage. other places have the same product for half the price. there is no price match or completive pricing.

Not very happy with this company
Not very happy with this company. When I ordered my first vial, it clearly said 12 week supply. It was only an 8 week supply. When I ordered my 2nd vial 7.5mg it clearly said 8 week supply, it’s only a 4 week supply. I paid $600 for both vials.

I was very disappointed with the way the delivery was left in the hot sun and I was not informed that the package was delivered so I got a package that was hot to the touch so I believe my product was damaged because it is supposed to be cold I haven’t lost much weight I had a hernia surgery so that helped me lose a few pounds. I’m disappointed that I still have to pay for a hot vial I requested my money back but was refused I’m still paying for a product I couldn’t even use $684.00 is a lot to pay for nothing

As usual Stephanie had the answers for me which made sense. I had been at one weight for 2 weeks and thought i should go up on dosage. I explain what I was doing and also going through stressful situations in my family. We all know stress causes a lot of changes in our body.
