They were quick and competent, and the medicine worked! When I needed to pause a shipment, there was no problem. They did it immediately. and when I canceled (because my insurance picked up the same medicine) they did so immediately. Great customer service

I have a vial of medication that has an expiration date on it. I have taken 1 injection out of the vial and it is now expired. I have put in a chat, an email and nobody responds to me. I am now sitting here 3 days after I should have taken my injection. I'm getting very frustrated .I have another shipment in my refrigerator but by the time I get to that, it also will be expired I'm very frustrated with the horrible response time. They have my money and now they won't respond

I’m fairly new to Piper but have been very impressed. There was an issue with my first shipment being missing and I was able to connect with a real person to get a new shipment sent. She even followed up with me when the replacement showed as delivered to make sure I got it. I also sent a message to the doctor and received a timely response. Just took my 3rd dose and overall noticing positive changes.

My bill didn't change at all. Every other company I looked at raises the price. JOIN PIPERB is the real deal.

Doesn't deserve any stars! I didn't authorize anything. I then, received an email about some fraudulent order from LINK $598. I received another email asking to finish setting up an account! So, how did they charge me? It hasn't been deducted from my account, I notified the bank saying its fraudulent and unauthorized! They will handle it in the morning, and I'll go sign a form, they'll go after Link/Piper! Some lady called me AT my request, but you cant call them. Hmmmm. They'll "investigate" my case. LOL!!!! I asked what country she was in, and was told they're not allowed to disclose their location. LOL!!! DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent company , charges randomly to the credit card without permission. A BIG SCAM . Beware people

I was paying almost double at a local medspa for the exact same medication. Switching to Piper was a no-brainer financially, but I was worried the quality might drop. It hasn't. The results are exactly the same, I just have more money in my pocket now. Wish I switched sooner.

Piper has been my worst experience with customer care ever. There is one attentive rep named Ed who made me feel like my problems were getting fixed, but in the long run, he didn't. The communication when you have a problem is horrible; they respond 3-4 days later with miscommunication. I was sent a 12.5 vial that was missing a seal and two 15 mg vials. I was already on 10 mg when I first ordered. My problem has not been resolved in nearly a month. I went to my primary doctor for directions due to Piper's unresponsiveness. My primary doctor told me that because it's been nearly a month with no treatment, the medication is out of my system. I was advised to start at a dose lower than the last 10mg. I explained this to Piper and offered written proof. Piper told me to discard the faulty 12.5 and start with the 15mg but lower the prescribed dose. Confused, I contacted my primary doctor. He told me absolutely not because it's compounded and it's risky altering the dosage. He suggested asking a licensed pharmacist. I asked two, and they both told me not to adjust the 15mg for safety reasons. I relayed this information to Piper. I got two responses from two different Piper’ providers telling me to adjust the dosage to two different units. If that doesn't scare me, I'm escalating my concerns to the proper agencies in hopes that Piper learns not to play with anyone else's health. This is almost a month without any resolution. I wanted them to right their wrongs, and I would have continued business with them. Today, I'm wasting more of my time addressing them. It's important to get real reviews out here.

Very good with communication when you sign up, but then you are left hanging. Very slow response time for any questions, and only available to put in a chat (does not connect you with anyone, more similar to sending a text) or email. Shipments also do not come with any temperature indicator. I had a shipment that was WARM to touch and was told it would be fine and they would not replace or refund. I did send pictures also. Would not recommend!

I left refills website because the customer service was an absolute joke! I signed up for Piper and they are the same company! I have texts from refills saying I had a message from the care team and in that same thread, my welcome text from Piper! What a mistake

I was nervous to leave my old provider but join piper is $150 cheaper a month for the same exact. Stuff. I should have switched sooner.

Even though it's online, the provider message felt personal and specific to my health history. Didn't feel like a copy-paste job.

Joinpiper had been a good company to me. I did my research. The approval and arrival times of my medication was flawless especially when it was when everyone in the us decided let’s all go ina glp-1. My meds arrived on time and cold. Was awesome to get a 3 months supply at once. I have also since my first order in December 2025 Have ordered their Mic-b12 shot as well and it arrived very fast and swiftly. Customer service has been wonderful always there. I have lost 33 pounds since January. People saying they want real people for results on ads well then prices go up. You want one on one telehealth go pay a membership. You sick you know ahead of time if you did your research get your primary doctor to order you zofran or your not drinking or eat properly. Don’t blame the company. There is a reason for lower prices. There are many people on Facebook in a piper group whom can attest to great shipping and results. Don’t believe everything you read online. Thank you piper for being a great company looking forward to my next 3 months next week.

This company needs to be shut down. They sent the wrong size vials for the 2nd 3 month shipment shorting me 3 whole shots without even going to the highest dose I was supposed to take. It's a complete scam after the starter doses because they never intend on sending the larger filled vials for the higher doses on the second three month shipment for the same price as the first 3 months. They just send the beginner dose vials for each shipment.

Stay away from this company! The medication for the giving folks needs to be investigated the side effects is worse than ozempic! The medication is not Tirz. I feel like a whole bag of shit for day after using it almost like I’m crippled for about 2-3 days after using it. Don’t use them please 🙏🏽

Their compound is DILUTED. THE CAPS ON THE VIALS ARE SCREWED UP. No customer service AT ALL. I'm on my 5th month and have only lost 6 lbs. Have used 3 other providers with great results. The only reason I tried Piper was the cost. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! When you try to contact them, the AI says someone will contact you, but they never do.
