They refund us only after we filed law…

They refund us only after we filed law suit. we received the payment after 3 years.
We consider whether to drop the case or to continue with the law suit, until the pay extra $1000 due to the time it took to get the refund.

Too good to be true

Too good to be true, but I got a refund from Joombofly
I ordered tickets in Jan-2020 for the flight in June-2020
The flight has been cancelled. Joombofly got money from Airline in mid-2021. March-2023 I got a refund.

Dear sirs,
On 11-th of December 2019, we are, Galina Tompakov and Yanina Brikner Brusilovski, purchased tickets in your company - flight from Tel Aviv to Florence.(08/04/2020 -14/04/2020)
Due to the pandemic, the flight was canceled by the airline.
We agreed to receive vouchers.
In accordance with the vouchers, we purchased tickets - flight on the dates 15.04.21-23.04.21.
This flight was also canceled by the airline.
We wrote dozens of appeals to your company and to the airline ITA.
Your company replied that you could not refund money for our tickets because the airline did not refund the money.
On 24/07/2022 , we received a letter from ITA that your company received a refund for our tickets.
Till now we have not received a refund.
We ask you to give us an answer when we'll receive a refund for our tickets.
You have not responded to previous emails.
We look forward to receiving a response to this letter.

I was being assisted by Lisa

I was being assisted by Lisa, who was incredible helpful, under telling circumstances ie. assisting paid customers with refunds due to the covid. After close on 2 years of endeavouring to assist me with my refund and assuring me of a refund in October 2021, I no longer received any more communication.

Over 2.5 since my wife purchase a flight with them as an agent . The flight was cancelled due to covid 19 and the flight comapny said they didnt purchase any ticket and joombofly dont return my money.they keep on constanatly lying to me.

Never buy from Joombofly

One of the first reviews I'm writing in my life but it's important that people will know. Horrible customer service. My flight got canceled and not just that nobody updated me (and I went to the airport), Joombofly does not refund me.
I recommend everyone to pay the extra money if needed and avoid any engagement with this company

Be very careful when booking anything through Joombofly.

There is no direct contact number and the customer service is almost non-existent. I had to change a flight with them over the past couple of days, this was a time-sensitive manner and there was simply no response to any of my emails. I would have lost the entire value of a return business class airfare ($3000) if not for the fact that the airline itself was prepared to issue a credit voucher because of COVID conditions.

Caveat Emptor.

As a post script- I learnt the importance of booking either directly with the airlines website or else with an agency that has a phone number and someone I can speak to. I will not be booking with Joombofly or any similar agency again

joombofly is a scam company

i bought a air ticket to argentina and didnt refund until today
the flight company ALITALIA refund the all amount after the flight was canceled but JOOMBOFLY refuse to send refund.
first they tell me they will send a coupon becuase they work by the french law and and i can get refund only after 18 months
after the 18 months has passes they promiss a refund 6 month ago and until today didnt send it

they are a scam company
dont buy from them

Ugly company with ugly people

For 2 years waiting for refund . Payed them1400$ for tickets because of corona the flight was cancelled and air company made refund to Joombofly month after ,they gave me 4 different days of refund and everytime wright that they are busy and give another day. Please, somebody who got refund from them, wright what do I have to do. Million mails sent to them...

After a long time and endless waiting and a million emails, I've got a refund from the bandits calling themselves "Joombofly".
They sit in Ben Gurion 11, Bnei Brak. Tel 03-6162939

AVOID Joombofly and AVOID Ryanair - the same sheet (i) of liars.

We experience the same problems with this horrible company . Does anyone knows where are there headquarters? Their actual name?
