Before the Corona I booked a flight through them to Amsterdam for the month of May, unfortunately the Corona canceled my plans. For a year I could not demand a refund at all because there was a voucher that was sent to me.
after a year I asked for a full refund, the airline took care of it and immediately returned my , money ,only the money did not return to my credit the money back to the credit of the company Joombofly, which for over half a year promises to return the money I have received nothing. Do not get close!
A company of liars and swindlers

Booked a flight. The flight was canceled. The airline refunded Joombofly, but Joombofly hasn't refunded me yet (8 months, and counting).

This is an IL-based company. Their domain is registered in IL, and according to the credit card company, their address is: HaSheizaf St 4 Ra'anana, Tel: 097430029.

My flight by Turkish airlines canceled a year ago and they didn't give mony till now.

My flight got canceled DE to covid, and they are promising me a refund for 3 month now, moving the date every time the dadline is reached.

it's not an agency - it's CHEATING! they say they sit in France. They don't sit there. they depict as if Nichole, Bongani and other answer you but it's all located in one place. Pay attention to the out or service (a clue: they work on Sundays). They cheat you all the time - once you have ordered they disappear, you cannot cancel, even according to the contract, you cannot change, they don't give you refunds etc. It's not BAD SERVICE, but you just give you money away. DON'T TRY!!!!!

they cheated me in every way they could. i tried to cancel (according to the ticket it was permitted till 7 days before the flight) - they waited and answered me just after the seven days and then told me i have to pay $700. they didn't refund even the rest. cheaters. everybody who was involved with them regeretted.

Owfull, don't buy from them, scammers

They don't answer and didn't send a confirmation.

The worse buying tickets experience ever, if you read my message, don't even close to think to buy flight tickets from them. Joombofly doesn't have customer service Tel phone number, you never can call them. I sent many emails to them and nothing is solved. I bought two flight tickets for 1600$ , because of the covid 19, and I have to postpone my flight to other dates. The airline is free of charge for changing dates and Joombofly wanted to charge me another 2000$, after I wrote to them that the flight is canceled by airline and they should changed my flights tickets for free! In the end, the airline is canceled the flight and they can refund the money. But because I bought the flight tickets from Joombofly, therefore the airline told me that I should asked Joombofly for the money back. However, Joombofly refused to refund the money and only can give the voucher. I want my money back!!! They are cheating the customers' money.

I was also scammed by Joombofly, they never refunded a ticket which was already refunded by the airline. They gave different excuses over three months.
I've researched and found out that the tickets are issues by Thelma travel agency in Migdal Haaemek/Israel ). A company which is connected/identical/controls Joombofly.
To the best of my understanding all requests/lawsuits/criminal complaints can be issued against Thelma.

Like so many other consumers here, I also had issues getting a refund from Joombofly. When I spoke to the airline directly they told me the flight I booked was never actually paid for on their end.
The problem with these sketchy third party travel agencies is that there is no actual contact information, just a generic email address they never respond to. So I did a bit of research into Joombofly and I have reason to believe they are tied to a company called Elyotech -
If they are refusing to issue a refund or flight voucher and have been avoiding your emails, I would suggest messaging their employees listed on LinkedIn and let them know you are aware of their scam, and that you will take legal actions if you are not compensated for what you paid for. This is what I did and I managed to get a flight voucher within a week. I hope this helps.

Hello for everybody . I purchased flight tickets from the travel agency joombofly in February 2020.
Following the corona plague, the flight was canceled. I was offered a refund or voucher.
I asked for a refund, I wrote them letters and all they do is reject the applicants, I asked to receive a voucher instead of a refund and I did not receive that either.
I suggest to anyone who has an intention to purchase airline tickets from them to stay away and not do business with them.
They have no sense of service and I do not trust them.

If I could have ranked them 0, I would have done that. It feels more appropriate after my flight got canceled and they are not replying for 3 days since I asked for a refund. This is a SCAM do not trust this company!

I am entitled to a refund from Air Canada (they informed me) however joombofly will not give it to me nor with they reply to any of my emails.

Horrible company! stay away! they do not answer emails and do not communicate with their customers during the crisis. They promised me a full money refund, I waited for it for over 3 months and all of a sudden they decided not to grant that refund, even though I know for a fact that the airline had refunded the money back to them. They are holding my money

#Joombofly charged me $50 for canceling flight (btw, flight was canceled because of corona in a few days after) and instead of refund just provided me voucher to by another ticket on theirs site. Another words, I didn't got money back despite I was charged for ticket cancellation by my request.
