Bad customer services. never got my cancellation refund

if you need a low price this is the place. customer service ok. no more. but I did not expect anything fancy.
did the booking, got the tickets. everything was ok

I cancelled a flight but they did not give me my money back. SCAM

Can not connect with them Via Mail- they don't answer.
only via messenger and even then it is really hard.

when i made my reservation more than half a year ago, i received only one way ticket even though i ordered round trip. for more then 2 months i am trying to received my return e-tickets with no success at the moment..

Avoid at all price.. your will loose your money roger away..
Joombofly is a scam booking site run by 2 people working from home.

A french adress but at home worker in Israel will scam you in every way.

Never have I waited so long to get a confirmation email.
And on top they don't answer and don't work Friday to Sunday.

If I could rate zero stars I would choose that because they are the biggest thieves. I purchased tickets and was charged afterward an abnormal fee because I used a non European credit card they also charged me on a different currency than what I was told when checking out! Which came out to be more than the original price! Stay far from this website if you don’t want to be scammed with extra fees and charges. In addition they have the worst customer service with no Normal contact to speak to a human

I had to cancel my flight for health reasons. They told me that they would reimburse me half the cost and it would take up to 45 days. They have not reimbursed me and have been giving me the runaround. What a scam. Never again. I can't believe that there is no recourse for this kind of thievery. They should be shut down.

booked a flight it was the cheapest flight and then after 2 two days they said the price is now 50 usd more and when i looked again to look for new flight for all the rest of flights the rates went up.
so they did screw me over.
i think they use this method all the time as part of sacm.

Literally, the worst customer service and company I ever experienced. Pretty sure they are a scam.

Here is the story in short:
I booked and paid more for a later flight from south africa. Joombo then changed my flight 5 different times and the last flight change, which they have now forced me to take is with a 6 hour layover before a 12 hour flight!

And now they want me to pay for a flight change to get the later flight I originally booked?????!!!!

Worst experience I ever had. Unprofessional, wrong, misleading, stay away from them.

Website is misleading and unreliable

you buying a tickets and get to the check-in in airport and find out that you are not registered for the flight.
