You have to pay 6,90 € for shipping and also for sending things back. I have kept only one item that costs 13€ and now I have to pay 26€ in total, just because I sent something back that didn't fit. They have beautiful things but I won't buy again because of these extra 14€ costs.

When you place an order with small things you pay the additional costs (handling fee) of 6,90€. If you then decide to return some items from your order, we charge a return fee of 6,90€.
In case you return the full order, we refund you the handling fee and only charge a return fee.

Poor quality
Poor quality, inner cushion and pillow case didn’t fit at all (pillow case way too big). Returned both items. Very disappointing.

I bought a dinner table from jotex and…
I bought a dinner table from jotex and paid for delivery as well.
The table came first of all late and they left the table outside of the building. The table was almost 200kg and the delivery people said they will not help.
I could not carry 200kg table and had to left there.
It was waiting hours in front of the apartment because I had to call friends over.
This is the worst service ever!
The delivery is one of the most important thing when we buy furniture.
I paid for the delivery and did not get the service

They have very inconsistent pricing
They have very inconsistent pricing. Their "regular deals" include discounts that often happen after you already paid full price for a cheaper material. Prices change without pattern. Perhaps its cookies, but really makes you wonder about their product quality. Makes you feel taken advantage off when you could have saved 70% of your money.

Love the lamp I got from Jotex. The delivery was faster than announced when I purchased the item which pleased me. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that is in the website they promoted a discount for new customers if they register but I didn’t get it..

Quality of the product unsatisfactory (with multiple defects) why the item had to be returned. Reimbursement of handling fee (as returned due to unsatisfactory product quality) only after second Email to Jotex.
Overall, not a pleasant customer experience.

My order did not start well but support team made it excellent
My order did not start well, I received a damaged carpet. Support team was however the best I could imagine and I finally ended up with an excellent carpet at home with all the problems of returning and refunding well managed from the team that really transformed a bad experience into an excellent one!
