I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS A ALL! CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES A LOT PLAYING CAT AND MOUSE - MINUS!
I ordered two dresses in March. Firstly the dresses arrived late, so before receiving the dresses and after reading the bad reviews I cancelled the order and put in a dispute with my bank, Only to receive the dresses a few weeks later now that’s too late, bank refunded me, so was okay and to be honest I returned the dresses to the company even paid large amounts for shipping to HONG KONG. This company received the dresses and then contacted the bank to claim both the money and the dress! Till today they refuse to refund me my money! I would Never purchase from this site again, as a matter of fact I’ll run if I see this name pop up! Don’t shop your money will be lost!

My dress came fairly quickly with good quality fabric and the corset was sturdy however the website and customer service desperately needs improving, the customer service was appealing i tried four different ways of reaching out and all was seen but never replied to. My dress aswell came with tiny black blotches,barry noticeable to the human eye but it made it clear that i was not the first customer to own this dress despite paying full price.

I brought a wedding dress from joybetty... believing that it would be similar to the photo. I also got it costume made to be my fitting, the dress came yesterday and I could put the dress on without unzipping it, way to long and big for me even though I paid extra.. I've emailed and Facebook them but no reply. Please don't order from them as I think this is a scam website. If I don't hear back today about a refund then I will go to my back and hopefully get a refund that way! I wouldn't of even given one star. Dress comes nothing like they said it would and paid nearly 200 for it.

I have left a review already about the bad experience with this company (not a UK company so beware) have been on Stacees dress website looking for another dress (who I have used before so I know they are uk based and are a great business) and found the exact dress I brought off joy betty with the exact picture. My guess is this con joybetty website is stealing pictures of dresses and trying to make their own to match, which doesn't look anything like the real!!!!! Oh and yes using the other websites pictures...
Wish I had stuck with stacees in the first place this is an amazing dress company oh and the dress is cheaper with stacees (joy betfy has it up for 500 pounds reduced down to 166 pounds) please be so wary of this company the stitches were all over the place on the dress I received from them (joybetty) with the pipping scoring out as I mentioned in my previous review. They also do not allow you to return the dress I had to go through paypal I'm now going to report the website I have taken screen shots of theor website vrs the original stacees website

Ordered to dresses in different sizes as a wedding dress. Was questioned over email quite rudely as to why I wanted two dresses. I was going to keep both as weight fluctuates. After a lot of tooing and froing over email, I decided I wasn't going to be spoken to like that and wanted to cancel the order. Then was sent their refund policy which states you have 12hrs for a full refund! Told them they were a scam company and quoted my statutory rights. Not heard back from them but logged a refund through PayPal and I received all my money back quickly. If you are going to purchase from them be aware of the above.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I spent £85 on a dress. The dress looks awful, it arrived from China, not the UK as is suggests, the quality is very poor and does not resemble the photos. I immediately asked to return it for a refund. Initially they asked for photos, which I sent, then they told my they would give me 10% of my money back and to find a taylor! I am beyond gutted as this was for a special event and I spent much more than I normally would. Please avoid this company.

Was nervous about ordering after seeing reviews but went ahead and ordered my daughters prom dress. We decided to go for custom fit and sent off measurements. We had a very nervous wait for the dress to arrive yet the customer services were so helpful helping me to track my order.

The dress was absolutely everything we hoped for. So beautifully made and fit perfectly.

Poor customer service and refund policy isn’t worth the paper written on.
Dress I bought didn’t fit, material was very thin/poor and there response to me requesting a refund was “go see a tailor and get it altered”
No consumer rights considered.
I did receive 10% off my purchase though 🙄

Appalling. I bought a standard size 12 dress from them which didn’t fit. I requested a return and refund within 7 days. At first they asked for photographic evidence that it didn’t fit!! Then they asked for the dimensions of the person for whom the dress had been bought. Then they told me there are no standard sizes and that I would need to find a tailor to adjust the dress. Can this be allowed? Their returns policy online says they will return items if notified within 14 days. Avoid.

im very shocked at what has happened so far. I ordered a dress for my daughter and I selected a colour, however the wrong colour is being sent to me. I have emailed them and there is no response. I was meant to receive an email that would allow me to track my order but I wasn't sent at all. its not worth the pay and wait

Shocking.Not transparent atall. Dresses are coming from who knows where? It’s a .co.Uk website but is NOT in the UK. Says shipping is 5-8 days paid £39 and still waiting two weeks later. They don’t respond on email and customer service is non existent. AVOID at all costs.

I wanted to send it back but they wouldn’t let me get a refund. Do not buy from them!!!!!
They didn’t answer any of my emails.

Declined my £300 order. When I asked why they told me my account is “dangerous” ABSOLUTE JOKERS. My refund best be back in my PayPal within the 3 working days. Thanks for nothing.

Brought my wedding dress off here, it’s come it’s absolutely disgusting it’s left me out of pocket and devastated. I’ve emailed them 3 times, I wrote a review on the item. They have then taken my photos and wrote a really good review around it!!!! What do I do? I’m absolutely gutted

Do not think your buying a good deal!
Ordered a wedding dress customised it to fit and be white. It came from china was a horrible grey and Big i just wanted to cry! They refused me a refund or send it back. The had removed all of my bad reviews and also given a hidden customs charge! Please read before you buy! They are not a uk based website, they are based in china and use a uk website to trick buyers

DO NOT BUY FROM JOY BETTY!

We ordered £382 worth of bridesmaid dresses - one was ripped and another dress was a different shade to the rest.

We’ve emailed them several times regarding returning the dresses, but they have ignored all of our correspondence. It’s now been a month and we are not any closer to getting our money back.

Please stay well away from this company!

We have taken legal advice as we do not believe a company should be allowed to treat their customers in this way.

Joy Betty, we will continue to tell everyone of your awful company until you give us our money back. We will continue to get friends and family to write on this page to tell everyone how you have stolen our money and have completely disregarded your own returns policy.
