Totally scamming company . Dress was delivered the wrong size a hole in it and it just looked terrible. I brought it for my daughter for her prom , who is now totally heart broken. She was so excited when it arrived but when she put it on it just broke my heart. These people should be ashamed of themselves. After numerous e mails I was offered an 8% refund on a dress which cost me £104 .As a single mum I don't have that sort of money to write off. As soon as this company gets your money they just don't care. It's a total farce and urge people not to waste their money. DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE , THEY'VED SEND ME A DRESS WITH 11 CM BIGGER ON MY WAIST and when Ived ordered i wanted custom made. The dress was not like in the picture . I payed alot of money trying to fix the dress cuz you know i wanted that type of dress on my event . So shame on them and the fake people who give them good reviews . I have pictures with the dress , inside of the dress was not even sewed twice , jist an easy sew and that was it , so my dress could explode any moment if i was moving , anyway was too big so i could swim on it .

They scam you out of your money, sending you a half made dress, and trick you into buying a dress that has jewels on it but in the description they say (will be made with beads) instead. So make sure you don’t go off of the picture they provide, read the description before you’re suckered into buying something that’s not anywhere near the quality of the picture.

Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. Ordered a prom dress for my daughter after querying before buying that we could return if unsuitable. They said that as long as the dress is in its original packaging and hasn’t been tailored they will refund. Well this hasn’t happened at all! I have been sending emails for the last two weeks continuously going round and round in circles. They won’t send me a returns address and are refusing the refund! My daughter is devastated! I’m so angry that these people are getting away with this! The dress was over 100.00 and I’m sure we won’t be the only ones!!! Please DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Shocking disgraceful service, do not use. The prom dress ordered looked nothing like the one we thought we had chosen and arrived damaged with a snag in it. Quality of material, stitching etc shocking and smell was vile! I was offered a 5% discount! How can this company be allowed to continue trading as an illegal UK company? Reporting to trading standards to hopefully prevent others from suffering the same fate. FAKE COMPANY!

Terrible service once they have your money. They don't follow their own measurements, let alone any custom sized ones. Their dresses come too small and joybetty refuses to take responsibility. Buy at own risk.

I purchased three dresses and wanted to return two.
I followed all instructions stated on the company’s return policy and guess what....no refund allowed!!
There were 18 emails sent and I have been advised to keep the dresses. The fit is terrible, including the smell.
Even during the photos requested and following all their requests, I am still not able to return. My dresses were standard sizes, even though they claim I had custom made!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JOYBETTY!!

Shocked and appalled at how uncooperative this company is after receiving your money.
Dresses are not as advertised, there is a most unpleasant odour present on the material and they cannot be deemed suitable for a wedding day.
I have voiced my concerns with their customer services to be told no refunds allowed in these circumstances.
This is not detailed in their T&C's and I cannot believe all the reviews listed are 5* on their website and I'm the only customer who is experiencing this. If I genuinely am the only complaint you'd think they'd be accommodating in getting it resolved.
