What can I say….getting into debt was something that I never thought would happen to me but yes I got into debt and struggled for months not knowing what to do. After watching TikTok one night J&R financial solutions came up and I sat there for ages watching their videos one after another. Before I went to bed I contacted them and I was straight away put through to a lovely woman called Ainsley who contacted me the next day. I was so scared at first as I didn’t really know what to expect but after having lengthy conversations with Ainsley she put my mind at rest by explaining in detail of how it all works and what help I could get. Ainsley was so lovely to talk to. She was always there to answer any questions I had. She never once made me feel under pressure which some companies can but with J&R they don’t. Ainsley made me feel at ease and she went above and beyond to help me. With Ainsley’s help I have just had my IVA approved which has straight away took the weight off my shoulders. I cannot thank her enough. She is definitely and angel sent from heaven. She is a credit to the company and deserves recognition for it. I couldn't tolerate my kids not having enough clothes or the dog ending up on Gumtree auction and I'm single mum only on benefits so can't raise money to bid myself but Dylan explained how the IVA individual volunteer agreement worked and it's so much better for clearing my debt and its better as its not a bankruptcy. Dylan said that that Stepchange were well meaning like any charities are but they simply don't have the expertease that he has and after a good chinwage, I filled in forms with Creditfix and now been excepted am only got 5 years and not got debt no more. Thank you Dylan and JR debt solutions. Tiktok needs to blue tag you peeps. Not all heroes wear capes. But you do. 🦸🏽

Well what can I say about this amazing team... I got in contact with them to get debt free and start my life fresh. All was going brill dylan was great. There was a mishap regarding something which left me stressing out and not sure what I was going to do but after a phone call with Robert he helped me so much to deal with this he went above and beyond to help me and my family.
