Amazing service. I held off for so long to pick up the courage to message the team. I finally done it then I was scared to answer the phone to then. When I did finally answer I wish I had done it sooner. I put my contact information on the JR website, I noted that I was very anxious and embarrassed to discuss my debts as I have never spoken to anyone about it. Derek called me today at 10am the number popped up and I was contemplating answering or not but I knew I had to. Derek checked how I was feeling and I explained that I’m abit anxious, there was no judgement from Derek what so ever. I was absolutely dreading the questions, but they were pretty straight forward. I really don’t know why I got myself so worked up about the call as there was nothing to worry about. Derek checked how I was feeling numerous times throughout the call. After he had all my details he went away and done the paperwork, phoned me a few times throughout the afternoon to keep me updated. By 3pm the final call was arranged to put everything arranged by Derek into place. I honestly can’t believe how easy everything was & how pleasant Derek was. He ensured me that he was there to answer any questions I had, which he was & answered all my queries. I know how it can feel to talk about your debts, but if you are reading this review.. please answer the phone.. the guys are there for you & to help you the best they can. I am so thrilled that I picked up the phone call that i put off for years & now I’m on the road to debt freedom. I now have half my debt written off & my payments are less than half of what I was paying for all those years. Thank you so much Derek.
