My dog not so keen now.
Used to shop on line with this company but lately the quality has changed, I dont know if the recipe has changed or whether I am getting old stock but either way my dog is not so keen. I shall be looking for another supplier where quality matters.

Ostrich bone is a MUST
Ostrich bone is a MUST ! Big enough for two to share and the bone crumbles so no sharp edges to cause any damage. Lasts a long while to so the price is worth it. Dogs LOVE LOVE LOVE all the ostrich products. Give it a try you won't be sorry.

Love the products but ……the ostrich tendons which we love are shrinking ! It’s being very expensive to buy as they
Are almost half the size they were when we first started buying them. And the post is not helping. The order regularly takes a week to arrive whereas it used to be next day. So yes we love the product but please ascertain why the products are shrinking and consider a more reliable postage service.

Great products and service
The products are great and you can tell it’s good quality purely for the effect it has on your dog. My dog is a notoriously fussy eater and is also on a novel protein diet, the range at JR is brilliant and has made this much easier for me to do. I just searched for rabbit and got various suitable foods that were single protein. On top of this the delivery was fast and everything came well packaged.

JR Pet Products -extremely good co.
JR Pet Products is an extremely good company. I bought 2 x 1 kg boxes of meat sticks in November - one ostrich and one salmon. I didn't open the salmon one for a while and when I did they looked 'odd' and they were very brittle and not to the usual standard. I decided to email the company to give feedback - not expecting a replacement as I had used many of the sticks broken us as training treats. However they were brilliant - explaining that in November they had used a new machine which had caused the brittle sticks. They immediately sent me a new 1kg box of stick. I was over the moon. This is the 3rd time I have had excellent service from this company, Highly recommend

Great for dog and great for me
