I ordered some Easy Joint compound from JT Atkinson which was delivered promptly, as requested. I left it a couple of months before starting the project and all was good, until I opened the final tub, which I found to be solid and therefore unusable.
I contacted JT Atkinson and, having proved it was a genuine complaint, they replaced the product at no cost. Great service - thank you!

Went above and beyond to deliver extra product. I didnt order enough sand for a renovation project and was told delivery would take 3 days. A lady from head office went above and beyond to get me the sand by the following morning. The man who delivered even emptied the bags where they needed to be which saved me a few hours of labour. I would highly recommend

Ordered 2 bags of gravel. Had no issues with delivery, it was delivered on the day they said at around midday. Julian was very helpful and saved me a lot of work by craning the gravel directly over where I needed it. Overall very helpful and easy

We can see from the information at our end that your order was received back into our DC on the 22nd May due to the Fork being lost in transit from inside the box, therefore your order was refunded as the contents of the box was lost in transit by our courier. We can see that on the day of the refund our customer service team tried to call you on the mobile number provided. However, they were unable to get an answer.
