Very happy with the rowing machine bought from JTX Fitness. It arrived when it was supposed to, was excellently packaged, was easy to construct with good instructions, and operates exactly as it should. It is also robustly constructed so is going to last a long time. Happy customer.

This is great for what I wanted. I didn’t want to spend a lot and I like that it’s sturdy without being bulky and taking up too much space. It seems really well made, is quiet and easy to operate.

Good responsive customer service. Great treadmill. One star off for the delivery service - don’t deliver on weekends so had to take a morning off - they told me it was coming on the Tuesday, phoned an hour before delivery saying we are near to you, then half an hour later phoned saying sorry we forgot to load your treadmill on the van. I had to take another morning off with the following week and they delivered it then.

I was so impressed with this company, they offered support and let me exchange the product easily. the customer support was so helpful and I am really happy with the new product I bought. (both were good, the first was a bad fit for my house)

Delivery was as planned. Exercise bike has lived up to expectations. I had a query about integration with Kinomap and heart rate monitors, and rang up for help. The colleague did not know the answer, but promised to get back promptly, which she did with a very helpful answer.

The delivery service was appalling. They twice failed to deliver as agreed and still managed to take up a lot my time with their confusion, contradictory statements, etc. Whilst the customer service team were polite, they didn’t answer the phone and weren’t prepared to reimburse me for about 90 minutes of my wasted time. I cancelled the order and, on the basis of the above, would not recommend using their service.

I did a lot of research before buying the JTX sprint 7 and was very impressed by the value for money, quality of machine & level of tech included. So far the treadmill has lived up to my expectations; it’s very impressive, and I’m very happy with it. Good customer service and delivery as well!

Fast delivery,excellent delivery service.clear instructions. Put 4 stars just because after setting up I was expecting it’ll be more quiet due to some reviews, but it’s SOO NOISY ,I have this annoying clicking sound every time I walk so I have to put my headphones on the almost max not to hear it. (Tried to strengthen the screws but still doesn’t work,really disappointed)

They were really good with communication, I love the fact that there are so many reviews and that I am buying from a company that makes the product and that I can actually contact if something goes wrong. They also had lots of maintenance advice.

When I was looking for a treadmill I viewed lots of models and websites and JTX stood out for their range of equipment and full descriptions and videos if each model. The price was great and the delivery service was excellent and the aftercare with customer care has been prompt and helpful

Fast and well communicated delivery. Delivery guys were great.
Unboxed and put together fairly easily, the only confusion was the half allan key screw and the small screw on the upright, I had a few goes at trying a dry fit first, then it went together.
Very smooth and quiet, easy to use, picks up the chest HR no problem, wife loves it compared to her old banger of a treadmill.
You can play music through the speakers, and the stand for holding the tablet is great, she uses it for her running apps.

My machine is great. The delivery was less so, as I asked for an afternoon delivery and it turned up in the morning. I was also unable it use it for a week, as I had to wait for help to get it out of the packaging. It was too heavy for me. However, now I can use it, I am very pleased with it and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you.

Just received and put together my new JTX Ignite AirX Rider. It took me about 30 mins to unpack and assemble. This is super easy as the instructions are simple to follow. I've only ridden 20kms as it is only a day old. A few little tweaks to saddle height and angle, sorted the correct reach for my height and have to say I'm super impressed with this piece of kit. Great value and good quality. Now looking at a treadmill to add to.my home gym.

Treadmill arrived quickly and at the stated time. The delivery men put the equipment in the garage as requested. The treadmill was easy to set up and very impressed so far. Glad I decided to go with JTX. Although the treadmill is big it folds up when not in use.

From ordering to getting set up at home was an ease.

After 3 runs and slight adjustments on the level of the machine, the JTX has not let me down. It's very smooth and not too noisy.

Only downside is i can't pre-program everything i want but this purchase was more about a sturdy running machine and this does it's job very well

I have had my JTX bike for years and love it, I’ve now bought a treadmill and rowing machine and I’m very pleased with these also. They are good quality and going by the bike will last me a long time. I got their cheaper models as well.

I bought the JTX Sprint 9 Pro. I have had several expensive treadmills over the years and the quality of this one is far superior.
I can highly recommend this machine!

I ordered a bike. I received a bike. It came when they said it would. Assembly instructions could have been more helpful and in larger print.

Great customer service!

I had to decline the first delivery of my Sprint 7 treadmill due to damage caused by the courier, with no fault of JTX.

The customer care team dealt with the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.

On to the machine. The Sprint 7 treadmill was a refurbished model, not that I could tell by looking at it. The first time I turned on the treadmill, I couldn't help but smile. This thing was so quiet! If I weren't looking at it, I wouldn't know that it was running.

The build and quality of the treadmill are well above the price (not that JTX should raise prices); it is excellent value for money.

I highly recommend both the company and the products.

It is early days, I have only had the treadmill for a week, but loving it. Just be careful with the speed; this thing moves, and combined with the incline, provides a good, hard workout.
