From order to delivery was a smooth process. Delivery to room of your choice was a most for such a heavy piece of equipment. The treadmill is very professional although some parts are plastic that bend a lot with pressure but overall the build quality is great. The digital console is perfect for my needs and the incline motion is smooth. It was a little larger than I expected but no larger than the dimensions listed. The belt motion is great at running speeds but a little less smooth at low walking speeds but not an issue. There are plenty of spaces for your needs cup holder is useful even if the bottle bounces around when running. In general I am very happy with the product, it does what I need it to and does it well.

Helpful team at JTX - I was able to visit their offices in Shoreham Beach and try the treadmill before I purchased it. Delivery was easy and the team that brought it were professional. JTX warranty inspires trust in them also.

Can’t comment on longevity of treadmill yet as I e only had it for two weeks, however first impressions are excellent. Jtx as a company have been excellent to deal with and the courier company they use went above and beyond to ensure my treadmill was placed in the room I chose. 10/10 company. Others companies could learn a thing or two from them.

Bought a treadmill and it was easy to put together. Would recommend but I find it hard to put away as its heavy. Not easily foldable. I like it though

I’ve been so impressed with JTX Fitness. I bought a treadmill at what was probably a peak time for them (beginning of January) and I was contacted about delivery and set up really quickly.
I’ve been properly updated at every stage and delighted that I can now enjoy using my treadmill! The engineer who fitted it was friendly and professional and kept me updated on his arrival time.

Perfect for our needs.

The assembly instructions were a bit obtuse…(both the screws that hold the arms in place need to be loose before assembly, not just the left-hand one, as indicated in the instruction booklet) but, once we had it up and running, it certainly does everything we want it to.

I really like the ignite airx bike. I have a knee injury from which I'm still recovering and I'm training for a Hyrox. It's equivalent to a concept 2 bikeerg. Super prompt delivery by the company. All good here so far.

An excellent product at a good price. Sensible advice from the company prior to buying on the best choice of treadmill. Assembly was quite easy although chamfered front edge bolts would have been appreciated to make locating easier. Delivery was exactly on time with no problems. So far so good!

From ordering my treadmill online all the way through to delivery, I have been really impressed. Detailed info to help chose the correct treadmill for my needs and the smooth process of choosing when it would be delivered. The delivery company kept me informed and up to date with timings on the day.
As for the machine…life changing! I have run five times in just over a week. Something I wouldn’t have achieved if I were going to the gym or running outside.
Best choice I’ve made.

Essentially good solid kit, and excellent customer service, but loses a star for poor quality of manual, both regarding assembly and use. Also, it seems mean to skimp on the length of the power cable which is so short as to be almost useless.

Needed to replace much used crosstrainer and felt overwhelmed by the market. JTX site had useful guides to understand the individual machines which really helped. Once ordered very clear delivery information. Machine did take more putting together than anticipated but instructions very clear and very happy with choice made.
