While the bag we bought was really nice we realized it wasn't going to be big enough for our needs. Upon returning it I was really disappointed that there was no way to return the item with out PAYING to return it which is frustrating when you are trying to set up a nursery and prepare for an (expensive) new family member!

Very disappointed to have my order canceled and refunded four days after the release of Black and Bloom. I stayed up until midnight for this release, placed my order at 12:02 am and received an order confirmation. Then four days later, I was emailed saying it had been sold out and I was refunded. Just terrible customer service. Customer service was nonexistent even after I emailed the company with my complaint. For a small business, their customer service is terrible. Overall, I still like the product, but will be hesitant to purchase from the company again because of this experience. I’ll stick to the small retailers and B/S/T pages from now on.

I love love love my jujube bff. Great quality, style, convenience. My favorite part is that you can open the main part all the way and nothing will fall out because of the gussets.

I really wish the new realases were quite so limited. I understand more now why they are but im really sad that i will never get a piece from a limited series. I domt use paypal and people basicaly say if you dont it womt be fast enough :(
