Second time lucky! After some shocking behaviour and flawed negotiation tactics from a buyer in 2025 that led to my sale falling though, the property was re-marketed 12 months later. Julian Wadden did a great job securing me a high quality credible buyer at the second attempt. Maddy Porter and Nicola Viner provided a thorough and professional service throughout the sales cycle and conveyance, thank you! Top Service during Purchase and Rental
Julian Wadden have been amazing through out both the purchase of a house and our subsequent letting of a property whilst we renovate the new house. We’ve had a couple of minor issues since we have moved in and they have been super productive and speedy in the resolution of both a leak and an insect issue.
