Jade is a first rate property manager. Very quick to help and on top of the details.

Fees are extortionate and the service is poor.
We have used Julian Walden for a number of years now acting as an agent for our rental property. The goal to use them is geographically they are located nearer the property and we hoped that they would take large elements of the leg work out. Their fees are arguably very high but it was a price we were willing to pay to be able to have it managed for us. Reality is, they have a next to no book of contractors available to them (as you would expect) and they change the terms / ways of doing business constantly with no engagement whatsoever so ever.

It’s likely they are used to dealing with complaints because their engagement as a customer is abysmal and we cannot wait to leave them at the earliest opportunity.

Every renewal, every re-tannacy/marketing the fees jump and the service drops. Enough is enough.

My family and I are tenants with Julian Wadden and I cannot fault them so far. I have dealt with my fair share of agents over the last 20 years and this is a good estate agent that does work for the tenants and not just the landlords. Annie is very professional and was really thorough and helpful when we needed emergency repairs. The process ended up being anything but plain sailing, but Annie handled it in the quickest possible time frame.

Nicola Viner dealt with purchase of my new property. Communication was clear throughout the process and she was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, a smooth experience and would recommend.

Estelle has done a brilliant job sorting out our flat between tenants. She communicated regularly and got everything sorted within a short timeline. She is very efficient in her role.

Renting through Julian Wadden was a seamless and enjoyable experience. I had my heart set on a specific property, and the team went above and beyond to help me secure it. I don't usually write reviews however i feel this was valid. My property manager Ria has shown how it should be, she goes out her way to show why your paying for a service. Excellent communication, up to date and a smile at the end of the phone.

We got our first home through Julian Wadden and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The service was amazing, with excellent follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you’re looking to sell or rent in the UK.
