First, it takes forever to receive anything from Jullymart. Second, quality is very poor. Third, sizing is quite iffy. Fourth, when you try to return any item, they request pictures of their own bar codes, product, and packaging. Then they attempt to entice you to keep the product and give it away. That entails approximately 5 e-mails.
After that, they offer you a 15% return if you keep the item. In other words, you are offered approximately $8-$9 back on your original $59 plus purchase. REALLY??!!?!
And finally, you get an e-mail stating, "Please declare the value within 5 dollars, so we could avoid unnecessary tariff, The customs duty should be taken care by the buyer if happens. After shipping it, could you please send us some photos of the shipping receipt and the tracking number? Once we receive the return parcel, we will send you a refund of your purchase ."
So, I presume that after I follow their requests and after I pay for shipping and any tariffs and perhaps duties, I will eventually see a refund on my card.

Do not order from this company. They are a nightmare! I had the same experience as others. I bought several items and spent over 200.00.When I finally received 1 of 2 packages which contained 4 shirts all were about 2 sizes smaller than they should be and 1 of them the sleeves weren't even completely sewn They refuse to give you your back. They offered to give me 15% back in cash and I should keep the items. I ended it there. I turned them over to credit card company for fraud. I still have no idea where the second package is. I guess I don't care at this point.

Bad is not low enough for this company!!!!, after buying 2dresses, 1 they did not have, 2 jumpers, 2pair of shoes. It has taken over 1 month and I’m still missing 2 things, the dresses and jumpers are garbage, quality of material is below satisfactory.
I have numerous emails back and forth and was offered a partial refund and if for nothing other then my own satisfaction I am returning everything and paying shipment back and paying for someone to sign that they received it. I have informed them I expect full refund in the form of a bank cashier check.
As I really do not expect them to do this I am also turning this over to my bank to investigate as Eva actually gave me a phone number.
Also they will send you shipping information but it never works when you go to the shipping site they send you.
I have been informed by Eva that I may have to pay terrifs also, she obviously thinks I’m stupid as terrifs are payed by the company exporting, I will be informing her of this as I’ve done my research.
So DO NOT BUY FROM JULLYMART

This company is a scam. The goods are not fit for purpose. The fashions are not as they appear in photographs. They are cheap and nasty and the sizing is WAY OUT. They make obtaining a refund really difficult. I was offered a discount on my next purchase and I could keep the items but no way would I order from there again, They also suggested I sold them or gave them away! and how could you be sure you'd get your money back or postage refunded. This company is based in China not the USA or Canada.
I have really learnt a lesson.

I'm sorry but they do not even deserve one star. It's the lowest I can go. Like all other customers on this site, the items I received from JullyMart and their other company are no where near the photos. False advertising! This is fraud. Are there other Canadian shoppers on this site that can come together and get these people out of business!?! Why does Pinterest allow them on there? There must be something we can do as it is just so infuriating. They are stealing from the unsuspecting customers. These items are unwearable and not even worth the money to ship them back. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau here in Canada.

I ordered and paid. Delivery in England is via Yodel. Yodel say they delivered but haven't as their description of house is incorrect, plus I was in. All Jullymart say is it was delivered and get letter from Royal Mail saying it wasn't delivered. Royal Mail are a different courier and have not handled this parcel. Cant get an email for someone higher up. Every email I send is replied to by someone different who says the same. Going round in circles. Wont take responsibility. Anyone know of n email other than their service one, I would be grateful.

I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST......DO NOT BUY FROM Jullymart.com. I'm out $65 for the cheapest of cheap items. I should have known in advance, but I really liked the dress and blouse a lot. The dress design was nice, but the fabric was crap. The blouse was suppose to be yellow, it turned out being a bright gold. Not only was it cheap fabric and cheaply made it was too small. The dress bust was 1" smaller than their sizing chart. I could wear it if I wanted my boobs hanging out. At 72 that is not a pretty site. I received a 10% discount and 15% offer off my next purchase. No way would I buy again from this company or any other company that ships from China directly to you. Let that be your first clue.

When you try to return something, they offer to give you back 15% of the original purchase price plus a discount coupon for a future purchase. They also tell you that you are responsible for shipping costs back to China which would be very expensive (This is not mentioned in their return policy information).Why would anyone in their right mind buy from them a second time when the first item was cheap garbage? The refund issue has been turned over to our credit card company and they will have to fight for the refund. We are not going to pay for garbage.

Don't order from them! I ordered beautiful, leather sandals for $52.50. In the photo the workmanship looked beautiful and they were advertised as leather. When I got them, after weeks of waiting, they were cheap, cheap, CHEAP! Made of crappy plastic vinyl that I would never have paid $.25 for, let alone over $50!! I've filed a complaint with Pay Pal and Pinterest. I wish I would have read the reviews first, because nobody is happy with anything they get from this scam, rip-off company.

Upon further research by usps internationally it was discovered the item listed was an envelope. I ordered shoes and a blouse. Overseas shipments will do this to avoid certain costs associated with shipping packages as opposed to envelopes with offers not help in obtaining correct tracking info. CAUTION! They offered 10-20% refund why offer anything if you are completely certain it shipped and I received it. Did all this through PayPal which gave me zero support. Steer clear of both places do not give them your business. If it sounds too good to be true it is because it is do not trust them.

STAY AWAY or lose your money. Their webpage is very well done, too bad their products are not even close to what is advertised. This company is also other companies, all very unscrupulous. I ordered a summer dress, after 3 weeks of not receiving it I sent an inquiry by email as that is the only way to communicate. The email reply said "We ship, you no worry.." and that is verbatim. The dress showed up 6 weeks later and was ridiculously cheap and ill fitting. DON'T purchase from this company or its "sister" companies.

Ordered 3 items, have received two (about five weeks after ordering) and the third one has never been delivered.
They have suggested I ask the post office!

Of the two items I did receive, one was way too small and the other was more stretchy so a little better - there was at least a 4 inch difference in chest size between the two. The one which fitted is poorly made - fabric is black, but all of the overlocking is in white thread, including just inside the collar where it is very visible.

I ordered $395 worth of women's clothing through an on line brand called Julymart - the manufacturer is actually named Muhai. The order was placed in March and I waited until May to BEGIN to receive fragmented and poorly packaged shipments, that came in bags/envelopes direct from a Chinese manufacturer. The packages contained no documents of correspondence or copies of the receipt or return instructions. When I tried on the clothing items, I would liken then to Barbie clothes - terrible fabrics, poor fit, poorly sewn. The shoes I ordered are literally made with fabric straps that are not reinforced and there are obvious glue lines, bubbles and raw cut marks with seams that show on the heels. It is truly UNBELIEVABLE.
When I contacted PayPal they initiated an investigation and within a week, responded that the manufacturer would issue a credit AS LONG AS I shipped the product back to GUANGAU, CHINA at my expense and in a manner that provides a tracking number. When I took it in to ship, the shipping charge is $337!!!!!
I called PayPal back and said it is unacceptable to "resolve" this with the victim of fraud paying $337 in shipping fees to receive a credit of $395.86 worth of product.
When I tried to escalate this unacceptable resolution with PayPal, they said the decision is final and there is no more that they would do. They then directed me back to my credit card department to resolve, which American Express is handling in the amazing way that they operate.
My message: PayPal is a joke - they are not committed to protecting you as their business model implies. Don't waste your time with them!!!

Warning: "Julymart" appears to be the same as "Just Fashion Now".
Do your research before buying...think it is a SCAM from China.

Horrible products! I spent $200, and only one product fits. All products are cheap and the shoes arrived broke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Not as pictured or described. Supposed to be an English shoe came direct from China. Doesn't fit. Poor quality materials. Not the comfort shoe described. Do not order from this company.

Order a top that indicated “Linen & Cotton” only for it to be polyester. Not a touch of cotton/linen in this product. Doesn’t not look a single thing like the pictures. The photo shows a sleeve that can be rolled up and buttoned to make into 3/4. There is no button to roll the sleeves up. I am so upset. It took me so long to bring myself to order from them because I know it’s all crap coming from China. As far as the time it took to ship; I placed the order May 15 received the shipment June 5 so the timeline was acceptable. DO NOT order from them.

Saw their items on Pinterest and decided to try buying a top. Looked beautiful in the photos and came in lots of colors. Ordered it in mid-April, didn't receive it for more than a month, and only got tracking info after contacting customer service. Finally received it and had ordered a 3X, figuring it was smaller Asian sizing and was an oversized top anyway so it would be fine. NO. The material is thin and doesn't stretch anywhere and it's actually more like an XS. It doesn't even barely fit over my daughter's head and she wears a S/M! Contacted CS regarding a refund and they told me "measurements could be 2-3 cm off" (yeah right, try MANY sizes off) and got the same response about "regifting" or "reselling" it. It was a $40 top that doesn't fit anyone I know, and with the poor quality, I won't even be able to get $10 out of it if I do try to sell it! STAY AWAY from this company!

ETA: Contacted them again regarding a refund and they've offered the same as everyone else here, "10% refund and all shipping fees back to China are at your expense because shipping is expensive."
