Do NOT buy from this site. Product is crap and returns impossible. I am pursuing through my PayPal account. The response is The return has to go to China and we will give you a discount. I would not ever order from them again. Thank goodness I used PayPal and it was only $38.00. What a scam.

THE WORST!!! This is truly a scam. They quality of the items I ordered is shoddy at best. Their peculiar return policy is a joke. They threaten to charge you international fees for returns.They try to offer partial refunds and say you can keep their crappy, overpriced junk. They also block your emails when you attempt to communicate with them. I will contact my bank credit card to pursue the refund trail.

TERRIBLE!!! WORST EVER! DO NO BUY! I wish I had read the reviews! The items are absolute garbage. They should not be allowed to advertise and sell. Shame on Pinterest for not blocking them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....every single thing is a scam and wrong. Clothes = not the material in the marketing, not sized correct, no labels or hems. shipping = expensive, long and complicated. returns = they offered a 20% refund and a discount (LOL) on my next purchase. Calling my credit card company today to see if I can get money back.

Dear Lord!!!’ Expensive lesson learned. Jullymart.... should be called Shitmart. What a scam they are running. Good thing is, after the initial sting of losing money. I have started laughing uncontrollably. Every time I look at the clothes I ordered, I start laughing. I can’t believe what they look like. Please don’t buy from this company unless you want the most expensive laugh you’ve ever had.

I have never posted a product/company review before but I feel it’s important to get the word out when foreign companies are able to run such a scam.
The company is called Jullymart and they are located in China. You will see adds and posts from them on FB and other social media sites. They sell really great “looking” casual clothes and shoes for men and women at supposed discount prices.
The problem comes when you receive your order and the sizes and quality aren’t even close to what you expected, and then try to return items. A direct quote from their website says:
“Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service.”
You pay ALL return shipping costs, including dealing with Chinese customs regulations.
OR they will GLADLY offer you a 10% on the dollar refund or 15% on the dollar discount on your next order!! REALLY!!
Oh and by the way, this is all after you have waited over a month in the first place to even receive your order. Now you start the email battle to get or process your return/ refund of 10% of your money that they already have. Also this is when you find out that discounted items are NOT returnable. They have posted all prices as discounted!
This is one of the biggest scams around today.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not order from JULLYMART.COM
And PLEASE copy and paste this alert so we can get the word out and put these scammers out of business!

My partner bought two pairs of shoes that looked nice online. What arrived was the cheapest looking Made in China rubbish! Even the $2 shop sells better shoes. STEER CLEAR!!!

I have already wrote my review--DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY--but thought I would add that I did call my credit card company Ollo and they are backing me, thank God! So if you have used a credit card PLEASE CALL THEM to see if they can help you. I am now contacting Pinterest and at least try to get them to take these crap people off there site.

Deceptive. They tell you returns are easy or offer you a 10% discount. The dress smelled of cigarette smoke. To return to China will be costly. I wish I had read reviews. Now I am stuck with a dress that is too small. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Lordy Mercy I wish I had read these reviews!!! Just received ‘linen dress’ but is sorry polyester blend!!! No return address. So I have learned a $30 tip, check reviews online before ordering any clothing!! Dress is CRAP!!!!

I hope other people will read reviews on this company. Unfortunately I did not.
I ordered a blouse that said it was linen. I have lots of linen clothes and I love linen. I got this piece of crap blouse which is polyester. The ad stated it was linen and picture definitely looks like linen. The color in picture was nice shade of grey. The blouse I received was almost black and very poorly made. I wouldn’t wear it to shovel s—t in. I wrote the company and they offered
Me a measly discount on my next purchase. What a joke, like I would order something from them again. I told them I wanted my money back and they said to mail it back to China.
I didn’t even bother to find out the cost to mail back to China. I threw it in the trash. Did not even want to put in bag to donate.

Disappointed with shoes purchased from jullymart. They looked very much like a suede upper but were a very shiny red which makes them not very flexible to put on or even walk in.Won't purchase again.

A dreadful experience and definitely have learnt my lesson. Three months for delivery and on arrival NOTHING like the pic that I ordered from!! AND to add insult to injury - in South African currency it was really expensive. It is of a quality that you pick up from a shady vendor in a street market - cheap cheap

Ordered 2 items that looked very nice on the photos. All arrived on 2 weeks time but the articles have nothing to do with the photos.. The linnen is not linne and the sewing is so bad that it is partial missing...
Learned my lesson and will not by this king of artcles by internet in the near future.

Same as the other horror stories. I ordered two pair of no lace up type leather shoes. Really nice looking but took over a month to get here and then I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe because the opening was sewn so high up that there was no room to insert a foot. (no give on top). I email making my request to return for refund and took photos as requested. I set the shoes on the desk in front and to the left and continued with my computer work. Within about 15 minutes I felt dizzy and wheezy so I got up and it was worse. I laid down until the feeling went away, about 15 minutes and came back to the desk. Again I got the same feeling so wondered what was the difference and picked up a show and you could smell a chemical on the leather. That was it. I put them in a plastic bag in another room and haven't felt dizzy again. Unfortunately, China does not have the same regulations as we have here in the states, so who knows what chemicals were used in making those shoes. I wouldn't put them on my feet now if they did refund the money. That would go right up your foot into the bloodstream and then who knows what or how long it would take before you really got ill. So, stay away from the shoes!

My son bought me a pair of shoes for my birthday. It took over a month for them to come. They sent the wrong size and refuse to ship the correct size. These shoes come from Guangdong and expected me to pay for shipping them back when it was their mistake to begin with , DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I too loved the photo of the shoes but once they arrived ( I loved them) they were two sizes too big even though the size which I had requested was marked on the shoes.
Now I am convinced this is a legal way for Jullymart to obtain money from the buyer then apologize for wrong sizing asking you to "find a friend the shoes may fit and Jullymart will refund me 10%".
I have been corresponding with them via emails, sending scans of the tracking and packing labels. Jullymart did sent a China address (on my request) to return the shoes, but the cost was ridiculous to justify the shoes cost. I emailed them again this morning asking for the 10% refund and to credit back 10% to my credit card. I will be watching any unauthorized activity on my card as I'm now feeling a little nervous about this whole acquisition.
Jullymart was courteous and prompt in responding to emails I have no compliant about that.
Needless to say buyers be warned and buy at your own risk. This has been a lesson learnt on my part.

I completely agree with the other consumers comments. I first learned of Jullymart via Pinterest advertising. I have made a formal request of a Pinterest to block Jullymart from their site as a scam business. In addition I have added negative comments on as many of their posts on a Pinterest as I can trying to warn buyers and directing them here for reviews). Please, do the same and maybe we can put a stop to this predatory company.

I only clicked on one star because I couldn't get in to write a review unless I did. I think this company is appalling and I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The Item I did order was absolutely nothing like what was advertised on their website; the sizing was completely wrong and, of course, absolutely no response to my request to return. I think that advertising standards needs to look into this company and it would do everybody a favour if it ceased trading.

I have really learnt a lesson. I was ordering 1 pant and a shirt. They look great at the foto. After receipt I was really upset. Such a bad quality I've never seen before. It is nothing but trash. And the problem with sending it back!!!!
First you have to send copies about article numbers and the receipt adress as well as of the returning label. Then you receive several e-mails telling you every time the same meaningloss infos.
But you will not receive your refund.
Do not order any order of that company. And, they do have their
company in China, not in .US. Fraud in its purest form

Scam. Another one of those Chinese companies pretending to be based somewhere in the US, selling you sub-standard items and refusing to refund you. I've contacted Pinterest to ask them to shut down that site.
