Delay in making delivery

I ordered a headset on March 17th, which was scheduled to arrive by March 24th–25th. It didn't arrive. I contacted customer service, and an agent assured me it would be delivered by March 26th–27th. Today is the 27th, the day is over, and I still have no headset and no update. Jumia needs to resolve this and deliver my item immediately. My order number is 1132322132

Decent Experience, But There's Room For Improvement


I recently ordered from Jumia and overall, the experience was fairly okay, though not perfect.
The ordering process on the app was simple and easy to navigate, which made finding the product I needed quite convenient. The item I ordered eventually arrived and was generally as described, so that part of the experience was satisfactory.

However, the delivery took longer than the estimated time, and there wasn’t much communication about the delay. It would really improve the experience if updates were more consistent so customers know exactly what to expect.

Customer service was polite when I contacted, but responses could be faster and a bit more helpful when addressing concerns.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t outstanding. With better delivery timelines and improved communication, the service could easily be much better. I would still consider ordering again, hoping to see some improvements next time.

I have utilized Jumia Kenya various…

I have utilized Jumia Kenya various times for various products ranging from phone items to home ones. I appreciate that they accept M-PESA at checkout and frequently run great deals during sales. My experience, though, has been mixed some of the items I got were tardy or didn’t match the description. Customer support was tough to reach when I tried to return a product too. While I like the convenience, I feel Jumia should work on their reliability for delivery and customer service response.

Jumia product are good with good discount and they delivery on time but some they there delivery delay and maybe you can pay twice due to delay message thinking you have not pay so they need to change on this and improve on it

I like the company's promptness in…

I like the company's promptness in delivery and the logo. What I don't like is the slowness of the network and also the ease with which internet fruadsters assess their site to swindle customers. The company should invest in internet security and also employ the service of a reputable and internationally recognized web designer .

I helped someone ordered an item and it turned out to be a COUNTERFEIT

I helped someone ordered an item, ItelP40 from Jumia which took more than 2 weeks to arrive.I took it to the owner and helped him set everything up neatly. While at it, I noticed the phone hangs and became hot at the top. I quickly restart the device and handed it to the owner. The next day, the man started complaining and ordered me to come over. I contacted Jumia NG and they said the item is eligible for return. I returned the item neatly on July 2 and I was contacted thereafter to expect the refund. Till today, August 10th, I haven't received any refund or even the item. At least, they should return the item back if they can't refund me. I have contacted them more than 40 times, they said I should expect it within 3 business days, it is more than a month now and this has pitted me against the owner. I regret shopping with them. Pls, JUMIA refund me my money #100k or return the counterfeit item to me. I take God beg you.

Late delivery

Late delivery, not the quality I ordered.
I placed an order for anti-blue ray glasses. I was told it will be delivered in 5 days, ended up having it after 8 days and the quality wasn't as good as what I saw. It didn't last up to 2 weeks afterwards.
